Showed up on Valentine's Day to get a couple blizzards and there was a line long enough to question whether it was worth the wait. We decided it was worth the wait and I'm glad we did. From the time we placed our order til the time they were holding our blizzard upside down it was 3 short minutes and we were on our way. It was a week old machine inside and took no time at all. Well done!!!

6:15 pm on 11/21/23 the woman that got our food and swiped my card was very unpleasant. The food was cold and there wasn’t much in the boxes. Very disappointed for $30!

Everytime I've gone in there I've had pleasant experiences. The food was almost right out as soon as the order was placed. The staff are friendly and courteous. It's always been clean and I would recommend dairy Queen to anyone.Kid-friendliness: They have a good choice/variety of food for the kids. I feel like it's well worth any extra amount of money may have to pay compared to some of the other fast-food restaurants here in town.

I've never had a problem at dairy Queen until this last visit. I placed my order sent via their app and drove to the the drive through. A man asked my name and I provided it and he said pull forward. When I pulled to the window a lady asked for my name again and I provided it. She then came back and said I wasn't in the system so then I showed her the order on my phone and she went back to talk to someone else about it. I then figured out that the app had actually never sent the order to the store, so when a different lady who I assume was the manager at that point came to the window I explained what happened and she immediately got angry at me saying that she can't make my food then and I need to send the order so they can start it. I then told her it was giving me an error not letting me send the order, she then yelled, "Well I can't make your phone work sir." I drove off and will never go back again, even though I've eaten there for years. That horrible woman needs to get a different job if she is that bitter to the public.
