This store doesn't deserve the harsh reviews it receives. I have been ordering Dominos since they opened here in Hastings, at least once every couple months. Every time the food has been perfect. Great toppings, good crust, perfectly cooked, and the delivery drivers are all efficient and courteous. The only time I had an issue was once that I had an hour wait for my two pizzas. The food arrived fresh and hot, and to my surprise, they emailed me a voucher for a free pizza due to my wait. Really don't know what place everyone else has been experiencing- because this Dominos is amazing! Great job to all the workers there!

Tried for the first time... my order was incomplete... Called in to explain to worker and he had no apology. Just a bunch of excuses. Wuld of just liked a sorry. But that wasnt his respond. Probably the first and lasts time i will order there take out.

I thought the containers felt light. If not empty. They were half full and had little to no sauce on them. Plain, dry, pasta.

I upgraded from the $7.99 1-topping pizza by adding one more topping and it was $14.97. Pizza was overcooked, dry and had gaps with no cheese. Toppings were sparse and dried out. Not worth it!

Bakers are on point no matter how crazy we get with the toppings! Has always been hot & fresh & the drivers have been kind & friendly no matter the weather or road conditions. ??

Make sure your putting the correct pizza with your orders you messed up an order that was hamburger and you gave us cheese pizza, watch what your doing or don't do the oven!

Ordered over the phone. The man that I ordered from asked me if I wanted to donate to charity. I don't donate through companies or limited time events because of how little proceeds go to charity. I told him no twice. He got upset with me and said in an offended tone "not even a penny?". I said sure, knowing fully well that it's just going straight to their pockets. Totally disrespectful.

Pasta has really downsized the pasta. Too bad, but still fantastic Pasta for 2. Pizza is ALWAYS fresh and delicious and hot and ready as the specified time. How could you resist topping all that off with one of their signature sweets...

These folks are fast and courteous! And are available for those late nights when you just can't bring yourself to cook because then you'll have dishes...and you can't go to bed smelling like dish water so if you do the dishes you may have to wait on the hot water so you can get your shower...PARENTS...IF YOU KNOW....YOU KNOW!
