This used to be an amazing cookie place. The cookies are delicious but the employees are a bit rude. Even though the store is open for several more hours they wouldn't let me order a decorated cookie for today.

Eileen's is the perfect example of niche business done right. They're all about cookies and that's it.The few times a year I need a specialized decorated dessert, Eileen's is always at the top of my list. It may feel a tad expensive, but everything feels that way these days. They've always been able to decorate what I've needed same day or following day. I advise giving them at least one day notice of what you need to avoid unnecessary disappointment.It's nice to know I can always drop in and purchase a few sleeves of undecorated cookies for quick treats or events.My favorite are the lemon cookies!
I ordered a birthday cookie for my child's birthday and there was a mistake with the design of the cookie. The staff went above and beyond to make it right in a short amount of time.

I have been buying Eileen’s cookies for , I might think 30 years. I used to get one everyday around 2 or 3:00. My favorite, always. I have slowed down the last few years , but when I’m feeling like a cookie I go out of my way to stop and get an Eileen’s cookie. I ask for 3 small chocolate chips and if they have warm ones, that’s what I want. I have always been able to buy 3 small cookies, until today!! I stopped, walked in and asked for 3 small chocolate chip cookies. She said she couldn’t sell me three small ones. I said “ so you won’t sell me a cookie”? She looked at the girl next to her and she also said “no!” I looked a little puzzled. I have owned several businesses in my long happy life and never have I turned away business! Never! She turned around and went to the back and asked another woman and I watched her , as well, shake her head “no”. She said I could buy 3 4” cookies but not 3 small ones. I said “no!” You know- cookies are just happy little things! My advice, if someone wants to buy a cookie in a cookie store- sell them one, or two or even three!

I don't know if Eileen's worthwhile employees got ran off or quit. But who ever is running the show now needs to step it up or bowe out. Wanted an easy to do pic and I got a pile of trash that a 4 year old could have done better. Like if you're not even gonna try just quit.
