Always go through the drive-in so I don't know about the atmosphere. Do you have to remember to push the order button or nobody will come to the window to take your order and they don't always understand the best. For the last couple times I've been here I've ordered extra sauce because it used to not be enough and when you order extra you get way less my rice wasn't even covered this time I don't know if I got charged for it because they don't usually give a receipt. Don't order pop because the lids do not on. I don't know if it's because they're rude or they don't understand you but they don't really partake in trying to do customer service. The chicken on a hole was good I had hunan chicken but there was not near enough sauce on it it didn't even cover the rice so if you like plain rice I guess this is the place to go also if you order sweet and sour anything it will not come with any sauce on it you have to order sauce separate keep that in mind.

This is the most delicious Chinese food I've had in my entire life. I took one bite of their food and had to run a LAP because it slapped so hard. I think that every single person deserves to have this Chinese food once in their life before they die. Their food is exquisite, their service is so fast, and their prices and portions are TO DIE FOR. I spent less than $15 for 6 crab rangoons, Szechuan shrimp, and lomein. Not to mention the fact that I ordered a SMALL and this entire meal lasted me TWO DAYS. If you want some bomb Chinese food, go here. It'll slay your tastebuds. Amen.

Ordered shrimp chowmein all I got was shrimp fried with some cabbage and sauce no noodles and some lightly fried rice. I also ordered hot and sour soup that was also disappointing way to much cabbage no meat.

Joe's China Express has been at the same place for around 20 years. From the beginning, through my current visit, I've learned that they are always dependable and consistent in their food quality and serving size. I've always received fast, hot, and fresh food, and they have always catered to my dietary needs. Their prices are comparable to other Chinese restaurants, but the serving size is what places them above others. They are quick to help and in preparing food. I only give 3 stars for atmosphere, as it is a shared dining area with another restaurant, and the tables are typically dirty. The dining area in general is less than desirable.Wheelchair accessibility: Automated front door/handicapped parking available. The walkway between tables is well spaced so wheelchairs can get through. Order and pickup counter can be easily reached from wheelchair. Handicapped accessible restrooms available in the gas station portion of the building.
