The fish sandwich and onion rings were hot and fresh.. and the young man that took my order was awesome and very helpful... I was very impressed.. and I definitely recommend the fish sandwich.. in my opinion the best in town hands down!!!

Pulled up with a bus of 30 kids employees hid in the back didn’t acknowledge us for 4-5 minutes. Not even so much as a hang on or I’ll be right with you so we loaded the bus and left.

I went thru the drive thru to grab food for my daughter and myself. I paid for the meals and then sat at the window for over 15 minutes, only receiving a drink. All I could see was a bunch of kids / workers messing around. The car in front of me had pulled off to the side to wait and hadn’t received anything either. I finally just left. Even tho I only live a few blocks away from this location….I will not be back. Absolutely ridiculous.

When you're in need of doing a drive-thru in Hastings I highly recommend the Runza on Elm street. And the reason is simple. It's the service I get every single time from the young people at the window. They are clearly exceptional in every way. Oh and BTW, I love shakes, and their machines are never "down"!

Im from Arizona. I had lunch here one day looking for a quick place to grab something. I had never had a Runza. I fell in love with these things. WOW now everytime im in Nebrasca I cant wait to come here. Do yourself a favor and try one of these!!!
