Over two weeks ago I ordered a meal and a shake, they couldn't make the shake so I requested a refund, store couldnt and Ive been waiting weeks for an "escalation" because they are not set up for refunds? Today they kust got the order wrong and instead of going theough the app, tried to call. The pbone number doesn't work. So frustrating.Updated: it was frustrating dealing with the corporate customer service and it took a month. But when the local/regional manager was given my information it was taken care of with one phone call, hopefully they get their number fixed in the future or the corporate service gets better. Thanks for handling it though.

We ordered on the app a large milkshake and hot fudge Sunday we got there put in the stall #and waited and waited my husband finally pushed the button and told them we already ordered. They said it will be right out…. Still waiting it was supposed to be ready at 7:29 it is 7:50 and still no deserts! Ridiculous if we hadn’t already paid on the app we would have left.. ?? and now I went in and our ice cream was sitting there melted!!!! Now they have to remake them??it’s now 8:01 and we finally got them still melted nasty ?

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. Waited in the drive thru for 26 minutes. Fries were not even edible as they were cold and hard. They said they are unable to make slushies. One of the workers was sitting in a chair on his phone while there was several cars parked and waiting for food and a line full of cars in the drive thru. Literally the worst sonic I’ve ever been to.

Worst food I've had in a long time my bun was burnt had them remake it then the bun was super dry that I couldn't eat it either and our burger wasn't good either. The staff was not very friendly. Plus had to go inside to complain and the kitchen was disgusting. Won't be eating there again.

I’ve tried this location 3 times and each time has been a huge disappointment. First time, took over 20 minutes to get my order. Then that order was wrong and the quality of the food wasn’t as expected. Second time, it took nearly 30 minutes for 2 shakes and a plain burger. The last time, ordered on the app, waited almost 30 minutes after checking in, pushed the button to check on the order, no one answered, I waited a bit longer, then left.

Waited in the drive thru for 28 minutes, AFTER ordering. Ordered 2 drinks and the ice cream drink had mild in it. When I showed it to the worker he said he’d fix it. He disappeared somewhere I couldn’t see him prob because the window looks like it’s never been cleaned, ever. Returned handed me the cup and said have. Nice day. Drove off and looked inside and he literally scooped out the mold and put whipped cream on the scooped out part.. I know it was the same drink because I dug my mail down the side of it before he took it back from me. I’ll never ever return. Is there no standard in this restaurant? Do they not care about people getting sick? That drink was for my toddler.. smh.

Really tired of this sonic. Everytime I come here it always takes them forever to even take my order. Just went today and sat for a half hour waiting for them to take our order. The whole time we waited. Watched 6 people in drive thru order and get their food (they came after us). Pressed the button 3 times and got ignored. If y’all are really that under staffed. At least close the dam drive thru. This is why y’all hardly even make money cuz y’all constantly ignore half your customers. Absolutely ridiculous.

The parking lot is full of holes and needs replaced. Tried to use a stall and the sign said it was broken. Went to the drive thru and went fine from there. Service was good. Sounds like they were understaffed from what I overheard. So all in all they did well.Parking: It’s basically all parkingWheelchair accessibility: It’s sonic, you park in a stall and they bring food to you. They also have a center area outside with tables that is easily able to be reached from a wheelchair.
