My husband had the ribs. They were dry & not much flavor. To bad they don't let the chef do his own recipe. Time for a change

Waited 25 min to get seated while staff, stood and looked around at each other. Finally got a table ordered drinks, out of lemonade no big deal. Ordered appetizers and food. Over an hour later finally got food, no appetizer. Said cancel appetizers. Waitress never apologized for not getting appetizer in the first place, then just gave us our food and never came back. Waited 20 minutes to finally pay, and still got charged for the lemonade $3.99 we never got. We just paid and left, cause we’d already been there 2 hours and 10 minutes. I’ve been eating at this restaurant several times a year for 10+ years. Ordering the same menu item. Wished I’d taken a picture. Your franchise would be embarrassed at the presentation of your food or lack there of. I won’t be back, don’t waste your time sending me a link. If I’m mad enough to go to the work of leaving a review (which I never do) I’m definitely not gonna go back now. I just want people to know as I would have never expected this kind of service at this restaurant. Has always been my go to, until now.

Spinach, Artichoke dip burnt and the chips, potatoes, broccoli and steak super salty. Ask for remark without soooo much salt. So the new dish comes out without any seasoning on it. Broccoli dried out and burnt for round two, at least the first one was moist but had a ton of salt. This is not healthy for people with high blood pressure. The table next to us got fries that were still frozen. They, too, complained of to much salt. We do not eat much at Applebee's and this does not make me want to either.

Kearney ne 2pm, didn't see a wait or seat yourself sign, so waited a couple min, seen waitress and 1 behind bar area, decided to seat myself when noonecame, waited a few more minutes, gal behind the bar and another employee looked at me, still no one greeted me. Walked out, went down street, was greeted immediately, salad is awesome and 5 dollar cheaper.Also music ain't so loud like Applebees

Fill-in host was nice and efficient. Sat at the bar. Bar person seemed to occupied with other tasks instead of the customers. Took 10 to 15 minutes to refill my pepsi. Took awhile to get my check.Ordered the double cheeseburger. It had no cheese. Burger patties were half the size of the bun, again. Fries were good.Not what you used to be, Applebee's.I gave you chances, but inflated prices and smaller portions lost me as a customer.I won't return to another location.

Miss Rachel provided amazing service! I didn’t get into town until 30 min before they closed. My food Didn’t arrive until close. She reassured me it was ok and even engaged with me about my day! I didn’t catch to other bar tenders name but I would visit again for a great meal and amazing service.

I was once given boneless wings that were not fully cooked, and not once did a manager talk to me about it after we pointed it out to the waiter. I once waited three hours for my food and ended up having to talk to corporate, as the manager refused to speak to us. Recently I went and had the waitress tell us they were super busy (we counted ten tables and at least six people waiting tables) and she told us she was avoiding bussing tables. True to her word we never saw her again until I asked the hostess for my bill. Someone else brought our food out. It was the wrong food, we pointed it out, she took it back and brought us the same plates, leaving it there silently and walking away, as if to tell us to deal with it. We aren't sure if our waitress put it in wrong or what happened but we were given the bill for what we ordered and were given cheaper meals. We never once were offered refills. We had somewhere to be so I left my number with the hostess and asked for a manager to call, never heard back. Left a message with corporate, never heard back. It has been a month. This specific location has the worst service I have gotten from most restaurants, and this is the final straw. If the manager doesn't car about you, don't bother giving them money.

Food tasted bad wasn't done and their card reader wasn't working

Went here on Feb 8th, sign on the door said cash preferred. We should have stopped there and turned around. Went inside and guy said he thinks they can take my card to pay. He seemed confused. Waited like 10 minutes to get our drink order. Workers were moving slow and kinda hanging out behind the bar, it was annoying. So then we finally get our appetizer after like 20 mins of waiting it was burning hot, which was better then the entree. So like 5 mins later we get out food which was so cold it tasted fresh out the freezer. I ordered mac and cheese and it was cold at the bottom, like really cold. So there system is down and she messed up our hand written tickets and we asked her to fix it and she said she would see if she could. Fast forward 10 minutes she did but didn't adjust our totals. Now she has had our cards for 10+ minutes doing I don't know what. I'm confused. The food was terrible, service was just as bad. The atmosphere was eh, they really play some weird music in here. Wanted to tell the people who were coming in as we were sitting and waiting to leave while the can. Honestly really disappointed.

Ribs appeared to be reheated. Were dry with little sauce. Fries were unimpressive, coleslaw portion was minuscule. Service was slow. There were only 4 other tables needing service with only one server who took the orders, served the food, bussed the tables and did the cashier. It had been 15 years since we had been to Applebee's. After this visit we remembered why we had not been back sooner. We will not be returning any time soon, if ever. Was a disappointing dining experience.
