Very well managed.. service was exceptional.. I placed an order for the wrong location and instead of me having to get a refund and reorder Mitchell(manager) was kind enough to take care of my Togo order at his location no extra charge no refund. If this is how well they handle Togo orders I can’t wait to come back and dine in. Highly recommended!

I've been here countless times but never has ordering a coffee been such an issue. Sat down and asked to order a black coffee which is on the menu under sodas on drinks. And was informed by my very rude waitress that they don't sell it at all. So I let her know Omaha has updated menus of which stating they don't sell it at all an ordered a mountain dew. Fast forward 5 min later Mr. Manager Tyler decides to harass me an tell me the exact same info except that this time it's not that they don't sell it it's that they ran out. Never have I been such disrespected over such a stupid issue and honestly it's never have i had a very pleasant experience. Always a long wait even tho I dine alone and never any sort of respect from employees. Food is fantastic but your better off taking your food elsewhere.10/20/2023 6:43pm
