The food was good but they ran out of turkey and steak. They put a different kind of meatball on the sub because they ran out of meatballs halfway through making the sub. The tables were dirty and the floors were a disaster. The bathroom was disgusting and they had no paper towels to dry our hands. The workers stood behind the counter talking instead of cleaning.

My husband says this establishment should be called 'Animal House Subs.' I understand service might be slow if they are short staffed (a half hour). Staff was surly, perhaps because they were short staffed. Our sandwiches finally came and looked like they'd been made by 3year olds. So squished and disassembled. The worst part was the filthy restroom. Never again.

You may be wondering how a sandwich place can be this bad, because it’s just sandwiches, but they are this bad. I went here with my family. The place was filled with smoke. Maybe it goes with the firehouse theme? If so, then tone it down. We order our sandwiches and they take forever. It wasn’t even busy. They just took forever. When my sandwich shows up it’s a giant mess. The bread is soggy and all the toppings are in a giant ball. There are tomatoes on it, which I asked not be there, because I’m allergic, so I had to try and get them out. My entire family’s sandwiches were a mess. Also, there was no soda in the freestyle coke machine. They were out of 98% of the soda. No diet. No Dr. Pepper. No Root Beer. No Cream Soda. No Vanilla Coke. No Sprite… The list goes on.

The food was great! The help mad me feel like a thief. I ordered A sandwich with a combo meal. I forgot the side and went back up and grabbed it while waiting on my sandwich. When my meal was ready, I went to get my sandwich and the kid that took my order asked me to come back down to the register. When I got there, he said, he like to ring up the brownie that I had taken and put into my purse. I told him that I had ordered a combo and that’s what I chose. The girl behind the counter stated the brownie is not included in the combo. The kid again asked if he could bring up the brownie. I had put the brownie back and grabbed a different side. I’ve gotten the brownies before and nobody told me any different. There’s nothing posted that a combo only comes with a cookie or chips. Also, their advertising is incorrect I ordered garlic bread For $1.25 and it rang up for $1.99. when I pointed it out the person making the sandwich stated that’s the wrong price on the sign we go by this other sign. I asked her to take the wrong sign down and the response from her was we can’t until we get a new sign. This is Miss advertisements and they should be charging people $1.25 until they can get the accurate signs.

I have been waiting for my order for 26 minutes. Take out. Either need another person behind making the sandwiches or this kid needs to figure out time management. He's taking his sweet time. The lady/cashier is a great lady. Very friendly and on the ball. Received order at 12:53
