Kyoto is a really good place to go USUALLY. I am a frequent visitor at this establishment. I bring my family and friends here often. I will no longer be doing so! The manager is very rude and the customer service is poor… the poor servers were getting scolded by the manager because I requested a small discount. I ordered the prime rib hibachi, medium rare. It was served to me over cooked. Way past well done even…The rice was hard and the food was extra salty. Again I frequent this restaurant and the manager was so disrespectful and rude. For an almost 30 dollar plate I want to be satisfied after a meal… Instead I was left dissatisfied and disappointed. Will not be telling any friends or family to return to this poor establishment. If I could rate 0/10 stars I would!

It was our first time at Kyoto, the place was very busy on a week night. The staff were almost on the run doing their best to keep up with everything. The menu has a lot to pick from, I would say that everyone could find something on the menu they would enjoy.

My husband, my son and I went to the restaurant... My son and I were served and my husband's food never arrived; Nobody explained anything why they had not been served!! The truth is that it is a very bad and uncomfortable experience!! Don't waste your money at this place!
