Food was good. But staff working called a police officer and said we were stealing and the general manager came down too and told us she felt uncomfortable that we were in the store. She also said she was going to check camaras and we had to leave. It was me my girlfriend and her brother and his friend we just bought our food an a drink and sat down. I don’t understand how that makes anyone uncomfortable??

I called Little Caesars because I wanted to order pizzas for my daughter’s graduation. A very rude guy answered the phone and said hold for a minute so I held for 31 1/2 minutes heard all the conversations that they were having even saying a customer wanted hot and ready pizza and there wasn’t any so the other guy talking said why don’t they go home and use their damn oven. well, needless to say, they have lost my business and I was going to have a huge order for graduation.

Really frustrating to place an online order (where it doesn’t tell you if items are unavailable) only to go pick up and they don’t have items you have already paid for. No refund option and get told “there’s nothing I can do about it”.

I placed an order, and when I gave the lady at the window my name she told me that it wasn't ready without checking. I pulled around waited another five minutes, and apparently the pizza was finished about five minutes before I had arrived. When I received the pizza it was pretty obviously not put in the warmer because it was cold, as if it had just been laying out for 10 minutes. I love little caesars, but ever since the management change and the walkout it's been in a pretty unacceptable state.

Wait times are ridiculous and they always run out of stuff like cheese seriously, lately the oven is broken and company or management doesn’t bother to have it fixed, fixing it should be a priority for a pizza place, needs new management

I was amazed. The pizza was excellent. I seldom eat out. A friend talked me into it. It was REALLY good. Ham/green pepper/pineapple. The crust was not doughy. Was just right. The young man who made it was a very nice and did an excellent job. I would eat there again and recommend them.

Kearney Nebraska little ceasers does not have any hot and ready pizza I have tried twice to order the slice and sticks the first time was told yes I paid then had to wait 20 min now the second time they have done the same exact thing poor customer service poor food prep poor hygiene all around a poor

Avoid the Little C’s at all costs in Kearney. I had asked for a different cheese pizza, as the pizza I got was horribly done. They took it back and 3 minutes later gave me the exact same pizza. I then went back and asked for a refund, because that is just wrong and I got cursed out by the girl manager. She even said that there is a Dominos down the road. Just absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible Management or Shift leader or whatever this Lady was but waiting for door dash customer to get there order right and she ask me to leave and get off the property because she was upset. And ultimately the customer here because they can’t get her order right. She shouldn’t be in charge or even working in customer service if one little order makes her upset to help a DoorDash driver deliver their food. ?
