I just went here to get food during my break between classes. I got there and order my food then had to wait 20 minutes till my food came out, even though cars that ordered after me got their food right away. Once I got home I had realized that they had forgot my drink. Then as I was eating there was a literal bone in one of my chicken nuggets. I have never had this bad of an experience at this McDonald’s or any of the other ones. I am very disappointed and will not being going back to this store.

Went inside to eat and ordered through the kiosk, which is no problem for me. Employees fail to mention to customers who are waiting at the front to order that they have to order from the kiosk and after minutes of waiting to order they are finally told and shown how to order from the kiosk themselves (which some Employees just ordered for the customer using the kiosk). I'm watching this for 20 minutes as we are still waiting for our food that numerous customers being ignored and frustrated. About 25 minutes later we finally got our food, no bacon on my burger, I just asked for side of bacon to put on myself. Got the wrong toy in the kids meal. Had to wait several minutes on each of these interactions. Both ketchup dispenser were empty.

We have s nice and quiet McDonald's but check your orders cause they are human and sometimes make mistakes idk how many times I've paid for things that I never received but I don't feel like dealing with cause I'm already home and they r about to close buy over friendly staff and fast service and the food is always fresh. So overall I think a great place to eat and cosey inside as well ... quiet Lil spot in the back even tho it's by the bathrooms ut stays pretty quiet and we a big family when we go in and eat yet it's a quiet Lil restaurant and friendly helpful staff ... and always clean bathrooms ... freshly remodeled so looks prestine . . . Good job mcd's

Well I could not believe it, but the manager on duty literally came up to me and with the restaurant with only one family in it. Told me they have a policy against lounging!!!! I was so taken aback by it I asked to repeat himself. He not only did but basically told me I can go to a library or something if I want wifi. The whole crazy thing was I was just about to pack up and leave. And he was so emboldened to come over and tell me a life long customer and frequent patron that I stayed there too long!! With the place empty almost the whole time I was here!!! I tried to tell him that I think he's missing the point of that "policy" and he just made me extremely angry! I almost laughed when he first said it, I thought it was a joke! Just unbelievable, how people just don't understand customer service anymore! This man needs a talking too, and I deserve an apology. I will be posting this on other social media. Very very poor choice to enforce a policy that there was no clear need to enforce at this time. I'm just stunned this happened at McDonald's!!!

Pretty disappointed got McDonald’s last week and I said only ketchup, mayo and pickle on my cheeseburger and they didn’t listen. Tonight I order a mcchicken with only ketchup, mayo and pickle and again they didn’t listen.
