I tend to get Panera in the mornings before work, and I always order the same thing, but about 40% of the time they end up forgetting something.I ordered a Ciabatta Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich, without the regular cheese, substituted for mozzarella cheese and with an added sausage patty. Today, they forgot the sausage patty. Other days they forget bacon or mozzarella, just something though.

This is a pretty nice and clean place to eat. It's also super expensive as it was almost $40 for two of us and they were still out of a lot of ingredients used in the sandwiches we were ordering. We asked for silverware and recieved dirty forks.

This penara was $8 more expensive for the same meal as I got with my mother in las vegas on a road trip/ move to the other side of the states. They were out of basically everything and the Ciabatta Cheese steak I got was so terrible tasting that I didn't eat more than half of half the sandwich before I threw it all out and went across the street to chipotle. then my mothers soup was cold and had to be reheated twice, and her sandwich just didn't look right so we threw it away as well.

Delicious food , it’s fresh and there’s a large variety. Love the pick 2 menu option , you get a lot of food !! You will never go hungry with Panera. It doesn’t feel heavy when you’re done eating either. Food is always done quickly and service is good . People are friendly!

Absolutely loved our visit today. Tried the soup, a flat bread and a bowl and all were delicious! I have only been here once before but we are definitely going to make this a regular place to dine!

The food was cold, I wanted to order items from their bakery and the soonest I would be able to order would be the next day. Service was lacking as I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes waiting to order something.

The food is expensive and you don't get what you pay for. I ordered two cups of soup and both cups were half full. My sandwich had barely anything on it. The sandwich was missing almost everything that was supposed to be on it. The place has gone down hill.

We don't live near Panera Bread so whenever we are in town we love to stop by. It was 8:30pm and we were ready to head on the 2 1/2 hour trip home. We thought we would grab a coffee, tea, scones and other goodies to bring home. Between my Mom and I, we spent around $42 and were really excited to have a treat on the way home. They were all hard!! And we paid full price for stale food!!! My coffee wasn't even hot and the hot water my Mom used to make a cup of tea wasn't either. I ended up throwing my coffee out. Probably will have to throw all the food out also. What a waste of money!!! I don't know if I will ever go back. They have worked there long enough, they should know what things get hard and not good to eat later in the day.

This is one of the better Panera locations we've visited! The portions were generous, and the food was hot. Only issue is they ran out of lemon drop cookies. We like using the kiosk, plus the duets are a good buy. This location very well kept, which shows pride and a great work ethic. Bravo!

Doesn't even deserve a star. From the start, it seemed fine. Great employee when I made my order, but this doesn't even outweigh what happened next. After everyone else in my party had gotten their food and I had been sitting for about 15 minutes, I started politely and asked where my food was. After them explaining that I may have not ordered at all, I was wondering where their logic had went; How am I going to be with a party of other people and not order. After explaining this, they changed their story to cover themselves and said that I may have ordered incorrectly. Again, the lack of logic is impeccable. How is telling someone what I want specifically an incorrect way of ordering. This was fine, simple mistake, right? "They can accept their mistake and cover it", I thought. Nope, they are so entitled that they refuse to accept any mistakes, and after all of this argument, it took them the logic of three people to realize that accepting their mistake and making a singular bowl of Mac and cheese isn't that hard. Long story short, stay away from the entitled blonde college student in the red shirt. She kind of doesn't know how to do her job.
