Often no one working when it says open. Have seen the "manager" leave ppl at the counter while she is in the phone in the back room. Honestly, this location has to among the worst. I got a meat all sub today. He asked if I wanted it toasted. When I replied "no," he said he would reccomend it be cause the meatballs are ice cold. Its 12:57pm by the way....you know....the lunch hour.
