Terrible drive thru service. Food is typically cold and thus time around they didn't even answer to take an order.

Burger King has really gotten pricey. For three of us to have dinner here, it cost me $40. Portions have gone downhill, but the overall taste of the food is still miles ahead of McDonalds. Service was not the best, and the atmosphere was like a Turkish prison. Will I spend $40 for three of us to eat here again in the near future? Probably not.

White hair lady loves racism, I’m tourist here i was living in Hampton hotel, I decided to try burger king, but this lady gave me terrible service she had very bad attitude she was pretending that she was not able to understand what i was saying and she was making corrections all the time when i was talking and finally she gave me wrong order and she just threw my order on table, I don’t know how I deserve this much disrespect, anyways hope people in nebraska are more kind than this lady she just ruined my day and expectations about hospitality here.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this place and never ended up doing anything about it or done a review but this visit solidified that I’ll never return. I asked what the difference is between the “fiery” and the “spicy” chicken wraps and she replies with attitude, “UH, I don’t eat this stuff, so I don’t know…” I’ve had experiences here in the past where the person taking my order was nice but the food was very subpar and let it go but I’m not going to take feeling like an inconvenience for asking a question that should be easily answered regardless if you eat it or not. Didn’t waste my money here today and won’t be wasting it here in the future.

I wish I could give them no stars. Very rude customer service. Woke up one morning hadn't had any coffee was just trying to wake up and was badgered bye the lady working in the drive-thru. I asked for a sausage biscuit with only cheese, and her heckling response was "so just the biscuit and cheese" like of course that's not what I want. Corrected her just to have her give me a biscuit with cheese. Had to repeat myself multiple times. She told me to speak up very rude.

So, let's be clear here. Sitting in drive thru for 10 min, with only 1 other car. Then, rude guy says "let me know when your ready?" Well, I'm sitting in a drive through, that means I'm ready. Tall zit filled white crack head working drive through. Didn't say one other word yo me in whole exchange.

I hope y’all read these reviews!! This place is terrible! Don’t waste your money here!! Horrible employees make me feel like I’m always at the wrong place. Then charge me extra for cheese on my whoopers! Just to not give me any cheese. I won’t be going back!! I’ll go all around the city before I go to these people! Hopefully they get shut down there not worth it!!!

If you want to get an attitude by miss RUTH then try this burger she was using her dab pen inside while making food. Very unprofessional. Do better this Burger King needs all new employees because the manager was allowing her to spit and yell at me through the window.

Went to BK for the first time in a couple months. Thought it'd be a good opportunity to try them out again. 1 car is in the drive thru and though lets dine inside. I get into the establishment, not properly greeted. I hear an employee behind a wall say we will be with you in a few minutes, employee emerges but turns out he was talking on the radio to someone in the drive thru. 15 minutes go by, the two employees working ,walk past me to grab something. They made zero eye contact and bolted off. They were extremely short staffed but they also weren't busy in the slightest. They could have taken my order, i would have continued waiting but I left.The second i left, I see the drive thru has cleared and a young lady walked in and placed her order in a matter of seconds. I felt disappointed, I looked forward to giving this location another opportunity but I guess I'll wait a couple months for it to possibly improve.Decided to take my business to Runza next door which is pretty bland but got my order taken and served in less than a minute. They managed to do so with higher volume.I dont fault places being short staffed but acknowledgment and taking an order would be appreciated

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The man at the window was rude, yelled at my boyfriend while ordering, slammed the window in our faces, got all of our drinks and sides wrong, and was beyond rude at the window when we asked for straws, ranch, etc. I will never come back and honestly I'm mad enough to call corporate. Don't go here.
