Big place, very good if you are into sports. Our waiter was very attentive and really check up on us while we were there.

Seems to be going downhill in the last year. Had a BLT that had a funky taste from the grilling. Maybe a dirty grill? Just was mediocre at best. Not worth the money.

Great place to eat with great people. Been in multiple times and I’ve never had a bad experience the manager Monica is a true professional and a sweetheart. She goes above and beyond at her restaurant to make sure everyone is having a great experience and the food is perfect. The only complaint I have is that my favorite dessert is gone which was the skillet cookie.

Staff, food, and atmosphere are amazing. We did a private event and the experience was phenomenal, and the process was easy. Well staffed and the food & customer service was great.

First time here. They were busy, so we experienced delays. My food was lukewarm when it arrived. We were sitting under a vent and the air was cold - food was cold before I could eat it. The chicken in my chicken wrap was very tough and dry. Two of us received our food about 5 minutes before the third person in our party.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The manager, Monica, should not still have her job after the way she treated paying customers. She repeatedly screamed at many groups of people trying to enjoy their dinner. She then screamed and accused a minor child of "assaulting" her employee for simply asking for the bill after waiting for a whole hour. No where was she close enough to even touch the employee. This left my family friend in tears which ruined the rest of our trip to Omaha. No one should have to experience something like this in a restaurant. RUDE, disorganized and straight chaos. Monica should be kicked to the curb ASAP if this place wants to remain open. My family should be compensated for our meal. What a joke of an establishment. Straight trash. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE VERBALLY ABUSED FOR NOTHING.

Our experience at Hurrdat in La Vista this weekend was by far, the worst experience in a restaurant in my life. Our group called the restaurant early that morning to let them know that we would be there around 7pm, and that there would be 30-35 of us. Our group did arrive at 7pm, were seated promptly, and had our orders taken fairly quickly. Our food arrived in a decent amount of time, but that is where the "good" ended. While announcing orders, so that they people bringing the food out could give them to the right people, many "ghost" orders were announced as well. From side salads to appetizers and everything in between, the confusion was clear from the wait staff. We endured, even though it took another 15-20 minutes for everyone to get their food. The food was not that good, but we ate what we could.Once we were done, and the checks needed, the confusion by the waitress was clear. She couldn't read her own writing on her tickets, so she decided to go to each "group" to ask what they ordered again, so that she could get them their bill. Once done with a group, she would not take payment, and told us that we would have to wait until each and every group had their tickets before paying. After 45 minutes of this, an apparent "manager" showed up, only to make things even worse. The "manager" confronted one of the people in our group, because the ticket for her stated that she had a salad and some shrimp appetizer. The manager asked, very rudely, what kind of salad the customer had. Clearly, after over an hour and a half of waiting, the customer couldn't remember exactly which salad she had, she said she just had a plain salad, and showed her plate to the "manager" in hopes that she would be able to tell. Instead of being polite, the manager stated "We don't have plain salads on our menu." She then rattled off the salads on the menu, to which the customer, clearly in shock as to how she is being treated, stated that she must have had the Cobb salad, but made it clear that she did not order the shrimp dish. This clearly did not sit well with the "manager". Our group was completely shocked how this customer was treated, because NO ONE in our group had complained or said anything other than please and thank you to the wait staff up to this point. The "manager" was clearly not making things better. Then, one of the kids in our group, who knew nothing about what was happening, came back to her table, and asked someone coming out of the kitchen, if she could get her waitress, as she was ready for their check. The manager saw this, and started berating this kid, telling her, "You need to back off. I am taking care of this. Do not talk to my staff that way!!". One of the people in our party decided that they had had enough at this point, and told the "manager", "ma'am, you do not need to treat us this way. We have been nothing but patient and respectful of your staff." This clearly set the "manager" off, as she approached that person, and stood right in front of him, and was yelling at him to shut up and that he had no right to say anything. They went back and forth for a bit, with the manager getting even closer to the seated customer, all the while yelling and cursing at him. She then yelled at him to leave "her" restaurant. He told her that he needed his check and credit card, and that he would then leave. She asked for his name, and after getting that, found his check, and threw the check and credit card that were clipped on to a small clipboard, at that customer and hit him in the chest with it, which is assult! Choice words were said, as he got up to leave, and she followed him and barked at him the whole time as he was leaving. If he dared to respond to her continuous chatter, she would yell at him to "Move"! How can anyone, with this type of attitude and lack of control ever be a "manager" in the food service. I a
