We arrived at 5:50 PM on Sunday night and were seated right away. Ordered omelets and water. Got water after 10 min. At 6:40 still no food. We heard the waitress tell another table that it was just her and one cook; they left. That info would have been nice to know when we arrived. We asked her how long our food would be. She never returned with an answer. We had to leave because we had concert tickets.

Super thin tbone steak (if you want to call it that). Asked for medium rare also, and as you can see, it came out well done. I paid over $18 for this... the only saving grace was the eggs and pancakes. I paid over $60, not including a tip for a family of 3 meals. They definitely overcharge for cheap to make food items here. It's not worth the price when you can buy all of this stuff for under $30 for sure and make it better from home... the service wasn't great either. Not coming back for sure.

Delicious food, fast and friendly service, and just a fantastic vibe. I came here because I was looking for a place to eat that wasn’t actively being boycotted so a baseline level of quality would’ve made me happy. Instead I ended up having a really great dining experience and having a great time.

I came here this morning with several church friends of mine for our monthly traditional men's breakfast by my recommendation, since I haven't had IHOP in several years, but after we finished our food and left, it's safe to say we won't be coming back anytime soon.I personally ordered the cinnamon pancakes with two scrambled eggs, two sausage links, hashbrowns, and a cup of coffee.Pros: Great pancakes and sausages, good coffee, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable seating, clean tables, big menu, good music, and friendly servers.Cons: Dry eggs, mediocre hashbrowns, small error with the topping of my cinnamon pancakes, and horribly slow waiting time. Me and my friends entered in and seated ourselves at 7:30 AM, but we didn't leave until close to 9:20 AM because our food was taking so long to make and the staff wanted to bring everything out at once, along with waiting on the waiter to bring us our bills. Oh, and speaking of our bills, my food came out to be $18.57, which is fairly expensive for the amount and the quality of the food that I received. Lemon Tree Cafe tends to offer more at a cheaper price.If you're thinking of coming here with a friend or a group of them, go try somewhere else. You're going to risk waiting for a long time.Update: I received a call on Feb. 6th from the manager who wanted to hear more about my experience, and by the end of it, he agreed to give me a full refund. I provided to him the necessary information to make the refund possible, and he told me that the money would arrive back into my account in about 10 days. Well, flash forward to now, and it's been 16 days so far. I still don't see my refund yet in my account. Safe to say that the manager didn't keep his word, so I'll decrease the overall score of this review down to two stars, the service down to one, and will say that I will never come back here again.

Not busy at all when we went ..the first time we got seated and waited to get menu and drinks when there was only another couple in the restaurant ..second time gave it a try on new years eve stood at front to be seated they ignored my family of six and continued to play on there phone.... David the manager called me twice to see of he could send a gift card I thought that was very kind but he never sent one lol...
