Why have a drive through with food if you have to pull around and wait?Either get faster ovens or stop with food in the drive through. That's the point of the drive through. Key word =
The staff in this Starbucks need to be training on customer services. Those young workers are so unfriendly, they do not pay attention or call if your order is ready, when ask for sugar it looks like it bother them, sometime you are ready for order and they are no there and always they look like mad. The only reason I am still coming to this one is because it close to my house.

Went to the Starbucks location because it was on my way to a birthday party. The lady in the drive-through was so kind and outgoing. When I got up to the window she had Christmas/holiday gift cards for me to choose from but I said, is there anyway you have a birthday gift card because I’m going to a birthday party and she went out of her way to say yes of course let me go find one for you and she brought back three options for me to choose from.
