The Hotshot Italiano SAMMICH....very fresh Italian meats, provolone cheese, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos (to keep me spicy) olives, banana peppers on cheese herb bread and the yummy MVP Parmesan vinaigrette for the WIN! Perfect for a quick bite while out running around shopping! Plenty of small booths to sit at and very friendly staff greeting us when we walked

I ordered a Titan sub with no tomato. There was tomato. I asked for Parmesan cheese, there was none. The bread wasn't even warm by the time I got to the store and I was ten minutes earlier than what I wrote down. She tried to cancel my order after having already made it and set it to the side for her to eat. I had to go up and ask for my own sand which back. She rolled her eyes and was dissmissive.

Food was.. ehh.. i had to request nicer tomatoes.. the ones that they were willing to sell had probably been sitting there more than 2 days.. yuck..The service was slow.. The employee seemed to be new and the other gentleman finally came out of the back after she had asked 4 different questions about my food. The atmosphere was sluggish.. just no energy.. (no, im not saying every has to be sally sunshine) but a hello??
If I could give less stars I would. This isn’t even about the food or the employees. We went to this location to get 2 sandwiches and the temp outside was 100 degrees. We walked in and I honestly believe the temp inside the building was 120. These poor workers were sweating profusely and were very unhappy…which I would be too. This is absolutely unacceptable for these employees and it upsets me that they have to work in this type of atmosphere. Whoever is in charge should be ashamed and they need to be working directly next to them if they will allow the AC to not work while in an excessive heat warning. Shame on the management.

My boyfriend and I were coming back from being out of town all weekend and I needed a late dinner. We showed up at 9 PM. We were worried they weren't going to want to serve us since it was so late. When we pulled up, the two kind gentlemen were cleaning everything. They were non stop working, but when we came in, they got everything ready for us to order. We ordered and it was the quickest service. They were both efficient, hard workers, and very kind. They even wished us a safe drive home on the way out. We will definitely be coming back to this subway. No matter how late we went, they put their customers first!

I love coming in here the food is always amazing and I love the employees! I believe his name is Jay he is one of my favorites , I love when him and the women with the tattoo on her neck work! They are so friendly and energetic!

Love that you can see employees smoke a pipe from the side of building as your driving down Giles road. You go inside and it's hotter in there than it would be outside. One employee has hickeys up and down her neck that she has no problem showing the world. The 2 employees that were outside? Come in and wash zero part of their body before touching gloves/food. They don't care for their lobby as it has ants under tables munching on table scraps because they haven't swept, I had a friend work here and she said Denyse's brother drinks shooters on the clock. Kinda sad when you bring it up to Traci or Brad Krauth about they're store and they don't want to believe it. Hopefully they get there priorities in the clear so they can be a better store like before.

Normally this location is very friendly but unfortunately this time they werent as nice. I placed 2 orders for delivery, I tried calling the location 3 times to see if they would just send the food with 1 dasher instead of 2 so it would save someone the trip. On the 3rd call, a woman picked up and started screaming profanities and cursing into the phone telling me that if I have a problem I just need to come into the store and speak to her which wasn't the case. I was just trying to nicely communicate with them, but this woman was very angry for some reason so I was just stunned by her response to picking up the phone. I'm not sure if I'll be coming back to this location following this experience.
