First, I haven't had a Valentino's pizza for more than 20 years. I live in Kansas, and we don't have any. The last one was in Lawrence KS back in my teenage years. My son wanted to try a pizza from a place that we don't have back home. We ordered the DUE SORELLE, and it was pretty good. If we are ever in the area again, we will get another pizza from you. :-)

Great pizza. Nice cozy little corner eat in or carryout place. Been eating valentinos for many years now. I try slow down when I bring a pizza home but then I look down and I have already ate 5 pieces.

Had some brush bristles in my desert pizza. Due to their "policy" the only solution they will offer is a gift card. Sorry. A gift card for an establishment I will no longer be giving my business to doesn't fix any of this. Fix your policy.
Good food, good prices. Only problem is delivery can take 2 hrs or more. Never dined in.

50$ for spaghetti and chicken alfredo....and a $10 pizza for a 2 year old because they have no kids meals. Kinda hard to deal with a meatball with flimsy plasticware from Dollar Tree. Offer Real flatware for dine in customers. Won't be back.

We have ordered from this location several times and I'm afraid almost each time there has been some type of mistake, unfortunately. Typically not one to dismiss a restaurant over one or two, or in my case, several instances of bad customer service or mistakes. However, the final straw was being placed on hold this evening, immediately after pickup, to only wait 7+ minutes on hold. I eventually hung up and did not return the call. Instead pivoting and ordering ordering from the Springfield location. (Much much better)I have given this particular location chance after chance, but will no longer. Clearly from the reviews they are okay either being minimally staffed or lack a manager that can lead a team properly. It's business, I get it, times are tough. I'm simply choosing to take my business elsewhere until there is a marked improvement at that location.
