The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is that they tried to fix my order. I ordered 2 honey butter chicken biscuits. They forgot to put chicken on it. Lucky I caught the mistake so I drove back. They put chicken on the biscuits, but the chicken didn't taste very good compared to past times having it.

Stopped in at 7:20 on the location at 84th and Giles. Associate advised only taking take out orders... Apparently they close at 7:30 inside on Sundays but drive-thru open till 11. No notification of this on their website. Dave has to be rolling in his grave on Quality, Service, and environment. I guess Chili's is getting my money tonight!

I called the store at 8120 S 84th St. LaVista NE to see how long the lobby was open. Was told lobby was open till 10 pm. WOW - what a lie that was. I got there at 7:20 and doors were locked and all chairs up on the tables. I could not sit down in the lobby at all after driving for 30 min to meet friends there. We had to find a different place to eat. Horrible customer service as not sure about going to eat there in the near future.

The lobby is open whenever the staff feels like it rather than at a specified time. They accept orders for food they don’t have and will not prepare. And, the staff ignores people about half the time.

I've gone to this Wendy's several times because it's close to my house. Day shift is nice but the night shift drive through employees are short and kinda rude just about every time I go.

The heat that was in the lobby was absolutely stifling. Being pregnant, I could barely breathe while I was trying to eat. I listened to all the elderly people around me complain about it. I went to the counter and the sweet girl said it's not controlled in store. That is atrocious. It had to have been at least 85 degrees in there. Please do better because the workers and the food are both amazing.

I used the app and selected dine in. The worker at the counter actually asked if I was dining in, instead of just putting my food in a bag with a giant obnoxious sticker like a robot. This was a nice change compared to what I've experienced at other Wendy's. Not only was the great, but my fries were hot, fresh, and crispy. It's so nice to visit a Wendy's where they're on top of their game.

Breakfast sandwich (Baconator), hard to beat, has a little spice to it; but not a burner. Great fast breakfast! Coffee was too strong for me, but nothing that water couldn't cure.

Went thru drive thru ordered a #4 add cheese ketchup n mustard. Upon receipt I realized I had no cheese I go inside store now where I told them of my discrepancy and a young man politely retrieved me a slice of cheese that he but n a bowl with his bare hands then as I asked him to kindly put on gloves and replace the cheese he had just fingered and for the onion I had asked for when I had to come inside a different gentleman asked after the first "replaced" the chees a second time gave me the onions for the first time that he then was asked to replace after not using gloves the first time receiving the onions.....idk what the policy is here but after a pandemic where masks and gloves were mandatory I would think safer practices would b employed but mayb I'm wrong for thinkin that needless to say I won't b visiting this place again yuck!!!!!

Says they close at 11pm but every time I come through the drive thru around 10 pm, they always say they can’t take my order.I pull on through the drive thru and see people out at their cars (in Wendy's uniform) just outside talking.If they close at 10 pm, the website should be changed. But if not, then they should be open up until the clock his 11 pm.
