I feel that children are not in a safe environment when in this establishment. And when brought to the art of the manager, they did not care. There is no corporate contact, so the issue will probably never be resolved.

We went for the 1st time today and we were SO disappointed. The food was fine,but the game experience was horrible. The card readers are near impossible to use and some don't work at all. not yo mentionwe had 4 different cards. We went to the reward desk to combine them and they said they combined everything...turns out they erased everything. They told us we needed to go to the main desk to fix the problem. They told us we had 75 points. We gave up at that point and just left. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.
