We stopped here for their warm munchkins/donut holes. To the peeps from Illinois, they make these fresh on order and not just pick and choose what's on the rack made some years ago.These smell like sweet freshly baked goodies just out of the oven or frying pan in this case.They melt in your mouth and the glazed ones come in a dipping sugary syrup.After we ordered our first dozen, we could stop at that and when for 2nd and 3 dozens finally.Absolutely stunning. Highly recommend all to give it a try, you will thank me later.All the staff were kids from high school or soService was friendly but slow.We loved our experience here with only the donut holes. I am sure the other stuff they offer must be equally good.

Went to use a $2 off coupon (#86) for regular nachos on 4/26/22 at around 9:45 pm.“Peter” (if that was his real name) charged me full price. Didn’t realize this until I was about to pull out of the lot and looked at the receipt. I came back through the drive thru and told him that he charged me full price. “Peter” glibly claimed he forgot to hit the coupon button and then said nothing. After a few moments of silence I said, “well, I still want the $2 off.” He then claimed that he wasn’t authorized to do a refund and I’d have to come back in the morning. I complained in very strong terms about this and he told me that I don’t have to come to Amigos anymore.Just to let what ever manager might be reading this review, that I will not be coming to Amigos anymore.

The employees working on Xmas eve 2022 are liars and tried to make me out to be the one who was wrong! Your chipotle sauce is not Pure White! When I said it had sour cream, you claimed it was a chipotle ranch on there. I called b******* and called another store to prove that it was sour cream and she confirmed I was RIGHT! Your chipotle ranch sauce is not pure white, it has a color to it and that is not what was on my Tacos. YOU messed up then proceeded to lie straight toMY face when I called you out on it! Went to the drive through bc inside isn't open. Took legit 20 minutes and they didn't give me part of my order. I thought maybe it was an off day, so I tried again the next day- never been here before and the food was ok to get us by. Spent another 20 mins in the drive through for a breakfast burrito and 2 taquitos. They gave me a Pepsi which I didn't order and they charged me for anyway, then no burrito in the bag. I asked for gravy to dip the taquitos in, they gave me ranch. I asked them to correct the order 3 times. When i finally got the burrito, it wasnt at all what i ordered and couldnt eat it anyway. The sign says 100% employee owned. Do better.

Lobby is closed, so we used drive-thru for carry-out. We each ordered a cheese enchilada dinner: one enchilada, rice, refried beans, and a little lettuce. Very filling. Order was ready quickly and correctly. Food was a little too salty for my taste, but that's the risk with fast food. Main issue is that restrooms weren't available since lobby is closed. So we had to make a second stop for this.

8pm August 3rd, person didnt get our order on their end and confirms the correct address on our end, proceeds to tell us to leave post payment. Swore at us then gave us our nachos that we ordered for pickup, only comparable to dinosaur fossils in staleness.
