Unfortunately I am officially done with Amigos. Especially this particular location near 40th and Yankyhill. They do not know how to prepare the food properly. The cheesy was not even heated properly. I ordered the spicy cheese sauce and got salsa instead. This has happened twice now. I used to love the food and this location because it was convenient. So disappointed in this establishment.

I order a simple meal, a combo with a side of ranch and a sprite. The sprite is half way full when I am given it, there is no ranch, and the fries are nothing but salt. Stay away from this location!

Guy in the drive thru was nice but salad wrap was terrible. Breaded chicken with salad toppings but no sauce whatsoever. Very dry and disappointing. Not impressed with Amigos lately.

They have great food and courteous employees, but Amigos the company needs to make easier for the employee to find the new menu item, so they ring in the order correctly . But I have to say the service was fast.

I get breakfast once a week. 2 burritos and coffee. They are friendly, quick and the food is good everytime. It has always been a good experience. Keep up the good work morning crew!

Their shift manager got real short with me for not “being clear” about wanting a meal instead of just a sandwich. I then had to wait almost 10 minutes to wait for fresh fry’s that wernt even in the bag and note that’s 15 of my 30 minute lunch waisted. At this point I wouldn’t recommend this place I’ve not only waisted my lunch but only got part of my food that I paid for & don’t have the time to go back through a slow moving line

Poor customer service. I asked for a steak burrito with a drink and the girl didnt charge me for the drink I had asked for. And the guy who brought me my food was extremely rude when I asked for a cup for the drink I shouldve gotten in the first place. It was my first time going to Amigos and received poor employee conduct from the workers there. I am gonna think twice on if I want to return to amigos
