I have been to this location several times over the last three years. My last two times visiting customer service has been horrible. Today, I went to order mini pretzel dogs and the only one that was done was burnt in the warmer . So, I told the lady I could wait for some new ones . The lady replied with , you can just throw away the top one. See looked at them and proceeded to throw them away.
When spending $26 for a bucket of pretzels cheese or other dipping sauces should be automatic with it and not over $1 a piece.

Please take note that you reviews have dropped dramatically in the past year. Many complaints on here about staff, especially the "manager" If you continue to allow this behavior then you are just as bad as the people working for you. For the amount of times this guy has disrespected and had proved to be a bigot your asking for a lawsuit. I worked at the mall for years and loved going there. Sad to see it go downhill in such a bad way.

My son and I stood there for 5 minutes without being helped last week while the two girls just talked and wouldn’t acknowledge us so we walked away. We were the only ones in line

Racist owners got rid of a great manager of color at the demand of a racist white guy. Don't work for them because they will talk about personal HR stuff with their friend Nick Downs. They're also helping Nick try to get his posse to boycott other stores in the mall that supported Mario. Horrible place.
I went the auntie Anne's last night at the mall and I was given the sweetest compliment by one of the workers she very politely and quietly asked me if I was pregnant, I am currently 20 weeks but not showing as if I was a 5 month along pregnant person, but I happily said yes I am and she said you look so good, I said thank you and she went on to say that I was really pretty and that I reminded her of her aunt ☺️ im.not sure who her aunt is and I don't care if she is 30yr or 70yrs old if she had a hand in raising that kind worker than I'm sure she's lovely and I appreciated the compliment! Anyways just something that put a huge smile on my face, because I am 5 months along and I so badly want a big baby bump so I was overjoyed when someone noticed and was so beautiful about it ?Lastly, the pepperoni pretzel that she gave me was bomb! I have always loved their food!

Stood in line for 20 minutes to order a smoothie only to find out that they are not making smoothies today due to short staff. Common courtesy and business etiquette would be to post in front of the restaurant that you are not making half of your menu today. Very poor customer service model??

Looks like a very toxic work environment. The employees were nice and trying to very hard, but the short dark haired manager had a power issue. Yelling and degrading all the employees.
