Yesterday we stopped in to B&J on old cheyney and paid for "add-ons" that we did not get, nor did they add the egg on the egg sandwich. The teenagers working there seemed more concerned about quickly getting through the line than actually making the orders properly. They slapped together messy, saucy "sandwiches" for us and sent us on our way. Plus we noticed while standing in line the floor behind the counter was absolutely filthy and dirty. We were so disappointed, so we called to give them an opportunity to make it right. Instead they claimed they couldn't hear us on the phone and didn't offer to refund nor even an apology for our horrid experience. We won't be back ever again.Sad cause we used to love this place!

A lot like a fancy end bagel shop in Denver CO but didn’t smell like pot. Ok for adults, but unless you’re ready to have a discussion about gender, sex, mental illness or some watered down version of these, don’t bring your kids! 3 minutes in I’m getting questions over, hair colors, piercings, dudes in strange boots, lisps, and some dude couldn’t help himself from tapping his inch long multi colored nails in front of my kids. I’ll keep it short but a lot servers trying Real hard to show they are special! I’ve been here on weekdays and servers were cold and polite. This Saturday a lot of them thought they were the main attraction! I wish this place wellness, but we won’t be back.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly

The second time I have ordered online. Paid extra for avocado and didn’t receive it.

This bagel and coffee place has a ton of options! There was a little bit of a wait but the people were nice and the food was good. Plenty of seating indoors and out.

Lady with blue hair is a great manager, she noticed I was waiting on a drink and took initiative to expedite it. Even though they were very busy, she noticed me. And the drink was delicious

My fiancé regularly orders from here and I've never been inside but I took today off of work and went to go grab her a pickup order.Having never been in, I walked past the pickup shelf and stood in line. As I waited for around 15 minutes, the staff were busy working and preparing other orders as usual but over time I realized that everyone around me was being talked to/greeted/asked "what they need." I, eventually, ended up in front of the register and still had no one address me at all. Then one of the staff looked at the ladies BEHIND me in line and asked what they would like to order. So, I decided at this point to play along and not make a scene. I let them order and they left for their seats, the staff ignores me and goes and makes their food. I then wait an another 5 minutes directly in front of the register (while other people come and go around me) waiting for someone to even make eye contact with me as I look around at the nearest staff member at any given time. Finally it happened...as I was prompted to move out of the way so the ladies from earlier could come back and pay....At this point I've waited for around ~20 minutes and another staff member was already mid sentence asking the SECOND person behind me (now next to me after the ladies left with their food) what they we're waiting for/would like to order. I cut him off and asked if I could get some help with my pickup order. He then told me it's over on the shelf. So I'll take the blame for not going to the right place in the store, even if I've never been inside before...but not attending to a customer for 20 minutes?! Seriously, I've worked in restaurants for over 10 years including/up to general management of a location(s). This was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced or seen. Doesn't matter if I was an online order or about to order. You ignored me, shoved me aside in favor of other customers, (I can't come up with any logical reason for this one), and most importantly this could have been solved by a simple, "hello," or maybe at least some eye contact.I was a ghost in this establishment. The food was what she ordered, now cold after the 20 minute wait. It's safe to say that we are never ordering from here again. Kudos, 4701 Old Cheney Rd. for my first 1 star review I've ever followed through and actually written.

Always great food. We've used them to cater office meetings, and their pastries / coffee are great. Also, the breakfast bagels (sausage, egg, and cheese) are so good. Definitely give this place a try.
