“Banh mi sandwiches are the best I’ve had anywhere in Lincoln. We tried the grilled beef in betel leaf, pork, and combination. They were all so good and each had a unique flavor. The bread was just amazing!!!! I can’t say enough good things about the sandwiches.We also tried a few pastries including the strawberry custard puffed pastry, the cream puffs and biscotti. Delicious!Customer service was also top notch. Kind and friendly.This will be my banh mi go-to spot for sure!!“
“I have been coming here since I was a child, (I am now in my 20s) and have loved my experience every single time. The prices have gone up slightly since Covid, but that's to be expected, and even with the small increase each cookie is SO cheap! Size-wise, the cookies are huge. Taste is A+ every single time.The decor is probably my favorite! It has remained the same since the early 2000s, and it's always nice to see the colorful flooring and walls as I come in. Lovely staff, always happy to help, (after all, how can you be unhappy surrounded by delicious baked goods?)I always take my friends whenever I visit the mall and they love the experience as well! 5/5 stars, and will keep returning as long as The Cookie Company exists!“
“I met a friend here and I ordered the mixed berry refresher (I think that's what it was called). It was very good and I would get it again! The building was quiet and very conducive to working. It was a nice environment inside and outside. There was plenty of seating all the way around.“

“I came in after having a mental breakdown in-between my finals. I wanted to treat myself to a cookie to make myself feel better and prep for my next one. It was my first time being in the store and they gave me an extra cookie for being a first time customer. They don't know how much I needed that extra cookie. “My wife and I have been coming here for many years. We drive the 55 miles here drooling all the way. We have never had a bad meal here. We absolutely love the variety of soups and Mac & cheese choices. And for dessert they always have a wide variety of cookies, muffins and scones. No prepackaged stuff here, everything handmade from scratch. To top it off it is all made with healthy, natural ingredients. I am a true carnivore, but here I truely do not even miss the meat. This is our favorite restaurant in Lincoln.“

“Apparently their donuts get sold out often. I came here on a Saturday two hours before closing and they had quite a bit left! Located in a plaza and a hole in the wall! We got berry cake donut, and glazed donuts! We bought 4 donuts for about 7$ it was all sooo delicious! It taste light and every part is evenly glazed, I also love that the donuts doesn't have that oily taste, it was perfect! I would come here again, it's a great place to buy donuts for workers, or to impress friends with the amazing donuts!“
“Best bakery in Lincoln! I failed to order a cake for my daughter's birthday so I ended up getting two boxes of the assorted bars. Oh my goodness, they are soooo yummy. It actually turned out fine because this way, everyone could choose. I way overestimated how much we needed and I left my daughter's home with a full box. I wrapped them up individually for me to enjoy in the future.Always good baked goods, always great service and the store is always hopping!“
