Great customer service. The employees are nice and helpful. The food tastes great. The only negative thing is that the prices are just a little bit steep and the wait time can be a bit longer than desired but in all honesty the taste of the food is worth it in the end

Love it. My gorgeous wife and I come here at least 2x a month (especially when she’s pregnant). Mango Crab Rangoon, edamame (sometimes charred, sometimes spicy), miso soup, salad w/ salmon (when she’s ravenous), Thriller roll, and Tidal Wave roll. You won’t regret.
Editing this review to say that after contacting the restaurant they made it right by offering a refund for the food. Will definitely be continuing to eat at Blue since this is uncharacteristic of their typical quality of food.Got takeout from here last night while staying at the hotel next door. Ordered the chicken lettuce wraps. When I got up to my room I noticed my lettuce was not clean, had dirt on it still, and they’d forgotten my dipping sauce. I dismissed the lettuce and ate the rest of my meal, although it was not very filling without the lettuce. Woke up this morning with food poisoning.

My favorite sushi spot!!! I will always give it such a good recommendation. I had some friends come to town that live in Japan and they wanted a good recommendation for sushi. I told them to try blue sushi out and they loved it. They said the raw options on the menu seemed a lot like sushi from Japan. Obviously, not as fresh as we are landlocked but still great! My favorite rolls are tidal wave and the South Pacific. I highly recommend the jalapeño ponzu as a dipping sauce. The one thing I wish they would change is that they don't add enough eel sauce to some rolls because it's so good so I usually ask for extra. The staff is usually nice & quick and my friends and I love the restaurant setting itself especially the patio! I don't recommend the couches if you have back pain, you'll have to hunch over but still a fun spot for drinks & apps!

On valentines day we were seated in the back of the restaurant which was very bright and overall not very similar to the usual blue sushi experience. When I ordered a roll it was said that it was going to come out separately, but it was 30 mins before the rest of our food came out, and before the appetizer as well.
I placed a reservation a week ahead, but when I got there my reservation was taken by someone else due to a seating error -- everything got figured out but we got seated at a less than ideal table.

If you are looking for a quality sushi restaurant this is the place.The food is great and so is the atmosphere. It is in a great location in downtown Lincoln but I felt the prices were high for Lincoln. The best sushi in Kansas City is much better and lower priced.

It was a very Beautiful experience! It was my fiancés birthday and the server wasn't very tentative to us! She didn't ask my fiancé if she wanted a birthday dessert or drink! Server was gone for most of our evening!

I LOVE BLUE SUSHI! food 10/10. most servers 10/10. the last time i went it was for a friends birthday and at the end of the meal our server walked up and gave him a free shot (legal drinking age of course). the restaurant itself if so pretty and not too cramped.
