I give up on the location downtown on p st. I have come here maybe 5 times over the last 5 years, and every time the service is extremely slow and the food comes out just barely warm... this last time we came at like 2 on a Thursday, not busy at all..a total of like 7 or 8 tables having people at them.We just got basic food, wings and fries. It took 40 min to get the food and the temp felt like it was definitely sitting for 5 to 10 minutes already. Were they trying to cool down our food for us?Anyway, every time we come here it takes wwaayyy too long and the food is cold..never ever coming here again, all faith lost. Amigos has basically the same boneless wings and can get them out in like 2 min and they are hot. Also I overhearx the other tables asking "how long have you been waiting?"

I am extremely disappointed in my choice for dinner tonight. I sat down by myself and had the buy one get one wing special with ranch and fries. Wings came out soon and hot, but I waited until my meal was over before I got my fries which I had asked twice for. And the ranch came out when I asked about the fries the first time. I would've really liked my fries to come with my meal next time. My water cup was filled up once the entire time I was there which was for an hour and a half. They did take the fries off the bill when I asked which they did honor, they didn't have to do that. Maybe I should've went to the highway 2 BWW for better service idk. Overall I should've went to Applebee's for dinner lol

Food was good but the service is awful here. Usually I’m pretty understanding as someone who works in a restaurant myself, but when it gets to the point where EVERY time I go, the service is awful, I start to question management. This time 2/5ths of us got our food and we waited with empty cups for 45 mins for the rest of the food. The first two people were already done eating by the time we got it all. They also got three of our orders wrong and tried bringing someone else’s food? BWW management - you KNOW you are going to be busy. Hire more servers, give them smaller sections, make people wait on a waitlist and train your servers to communicate. I feel for the workers here because I know what it’s like to be slammed at a restaurant but you gotta learn to stay organized and keep the guests happy even when it IS busy.

The location felt like a fast-food restaurant with tables. I almost felt weird sitting down; however as more people came in, it was more comfortable. The layout makes sense for takeout drivers, and with it being downtown, that makes sense. The servers were so kind and the food was decent!

Bad service overall. I come every Tuesday with no problems, Today I had a waitress by the name of Carla who was very rude and didn’t provide clear communication as to what I was ordering. I will not be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings after this experience even though it’s my favorite place to attend on Tuesdays. Also, the manager on duty, tried fixing the order, but once I let her know what I was trying to do she refused to refund me for my order after I stated I didn’t want anymore. Wings was not touched at all. Overall bad experience.

Our waitress was phenomenal. Food was good. It was like -35° out and they were still open. Which we were in town visiting, so having a few options still open in the storm was huge for us so we didn't have to drive.

The food was okay, was missing a few wings and when the manager Greg brought them out he was very disrespectful and said that not very many people miss wings, he basically called me a liar, it’s obvious he does not have a good relationship with his staff, our server even came and apologized for him.

We were 2 of around 20 customers at the downtown location. We got seated fine then took our waitress 10 mins to ask what we wanted to for drinks and bring it back over. She seemed more interested in talking with the table next to us. She took our order, but never came back to Philip, our water, glasses, or even ask. When our food showed up, some that needed utensils, she never brought us any silverware. We tried to catch her attention a few times by waving at her and making iContact in each time she looked away. We then tried to wave down a few other waitresses that were not working our area that had fewer customers, and they simply looked away as well. Within overheard our waitress, asking one of the other waitresses to bring us or check on us to see if we needed anything, and she said she was busy cleaning tables. Mind you again it was not a busy night being a Thursday night. When our waitress finally did bring our utensils, which my wife had to get up and go ask her, she never apologized. She simply said here you go. I did still leave a tip, but certainly was not anywhere close to the 20% standard tip if they were doing the bare minimum of what their job entails. I definitely will not be back to this location anytime soon.

I travel a lot and eat at BWW frequently because I like their food but the service usually stinks. I get it. I'm eating alone and the tip will be limited. Today was way different. Ate at the one in downtown Lincoln and though they were clearly short staffed they made me feel like I was eating at their own homes. My drink never sat empty, my food was hot, and the restaurant was clean. My server was Faith and she was very sweet but the whole staff chipped in. I ate at a 3star restaurant on Saturday. This service was better. It made for a very relaxing and satisfying meal.
