The cheese steak sandwiches here are a sad excuse for a cheese steak sandwich. I felt like i was eating at Subway when I got my food. The sandwich quality is poor against Peperjacks and other cheese steak places. If you want something at the mall, go for Subway. With their sandwiches, you get your money's worth.
I absolutely love eating at this Charlie's. Wish there were more locations locally. Their chicken buffalo sandwich is absolutely amazing, that with an order of ultimate fries is my favorite meal.

How do you forget fries and banana peppers on my sandwich and then I call 6x and get no answer I'll never order from here ever again if I pay $50 or more for my food get it right how hard can that be

The Cashier Woman charged me Extra on my card thinking she could be slick. Im a working single woman. & i did enjoy a low end cheesesteak here in lincoln. It was do able. Just check your reciepts. Is all im saying. There cheesesteaks are high charging compared to what there giving.and she's obviously taking dibs on her cash register.
Won't be back. Poor Management skills. Mistakes on the order, refused to fix it.
