I am very disappointed with my last visit to Chili's. The visit prior to this was very good.So, the waiter was extremely nice and attentive until we needed a little more time to look at the menu. Then, something happened and he wasn't present. He was physically there, but just seemed checked out. I ordered the rib eye steak with loaded potatoes. I asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare and I don't know how they cooked it but it looked boiled. It was the worst steak I have ever gotten from a restaurant. The plate was filled with oily water from the steak, but it wasn't the good kind that comes from the steak juices, it was watery and had no flavor. I was let down. So when the waiter came back and asked how everything was I was honest and told him that the steak was not good at all! He just got quiet and didn't say anything, At all! No offer to replace the steak or anything, he just ignored us like we weren't even there. They're lucky I paid the bill because that was the absolute worst service and food I have ever had, EVER! And I'm not mad and exaggerating. I, "ate" there a week ago and have no reason to give a bad review other than it was literally the worst $60 I have ever spent on a meal. To top it off, I assume it was the cook, but some gal came from the kitchen shortly after telling the waiter the food was not good and she walked by our table and mumbled something. We're getting ready to leave, which I only took 2 bites out of the $20+ steak and a few bites of the potatoes and the same lady comes back out to bus the table and says something to which I reply that it was the worst service I have ever had and she didn't have a care in the world. This visit was on a weekday around lunchtime but why should I get subpar service because I went there during a slow time? I shouldn't!And I assure you, I won't go back there. Which is very sad because like I said my visit was good. But not this time. Beware of oblivious, staff that don't really care about your food or service. And I promise, I won't go back there.

the service is amazing and so is the food. I come here i know i am in for a good time. my cup was never empty.Kid-friendliness: The kids love coloring their menu as well as the burgers and fries!

Very, very pleased with food and service. Hubby is kind of picky about his food and they listened and fixed it perfectly. Friendly and pleasant were the manager and waitress, made us feel welcome, we will be back.Parking: Easy access parking

Food came out at lightning speed and the staff didn't let our cups go empty which is nice and doesn't happen often.

Our waitress was not very friendly. She just seemed like we were almost a bother to her. I got the cheesesteak sandwich and it was okay. The bread was yummy, but the onions and peppers felt like they were barely cooked. They were pretty raw.

Was in town and stopped in for a bite. The staff was super polite and attentive. The one thing that stood out about the staff is they worked as team clearing tables and taking care of customers don't see that to often. The food was hot and flavorful. The lady that was our server made sure to check up on us several times while we were there. Just a great experience we went in close to 4 o'clock and no wait or fuss.

First I'd like to say that our server was polite and attentive, and that I did not hold these issues against her.But aside from our server, everything else was beyond sub-par. It really seems like the management has just given up.The food tasted old and stale, I'm shocked they brought it out looking like that. The TVs were all frozen, floors and the bathroom were gross and the taped seating was laughable (especially when there were 5 other empty booths near where we were sat).In general the bar at Chili's isn't very high, but this was Waffle House level..

I will put it this way; the folks may have had some call in's or no calls no shows. They seemed behind or slow to get the orders finished. Of course they were nice. But it was evident they weren't having a great time.Food was delicious, and is worth a stop if you are in town.Kid-friendliness: I live in Colorado and am used to a kid sized corn on the cob, so cut in half or even in 3rds. Perhaps it's just Nebraska, but my daughter got a full corn on the cob. Lol

Waited 15 minutes to be seated, which is fine and normal. Appeared that capacity was only 1/3 full.Once seated at 6:47, ordered drinks, appetizer, and food all by 7:00. Waitress had to go make my Long Island iced tea due to not having a bartender which tasted aweful. Appetizer was fried mozzarella, middle of each piece was cold, cheese in entire piece was not melted. Finally at 7:40 received our main food. I ordered the Bacon Rancher Burger, it came without the ranch, pickles and onions, also had 3 patties instead of the 2. Burger was just meat, no seasoning, blah. Wife ordered triple dipper and her big mouth bites patties were not cooked all the way either. Could not express our displeasure in the food with the waitress as she never came back after food was delivered to the table. This was not just us but could hear 2 other tables by us complaining about their food as well.I understand with being under staffed and having longer wait times, but I wanted the food that I ordered to be done properly as it should be.Did not see a manager anywhere as I do in the Omaha location and at other local restaurants. I will not be coming back to this location ever again and not recommending Chili’s in Lincoln to anyone.

It took 45 minutes to get our food. Not ideal when you have a hungry and impatient 18-month-old. The house margaritas were downright awful. I suspect they were from a mix. The food and our server were decent.When we got our bill, there was a surcharge for games played on the point-of-sale device. Our server told us that since we moved it, the POS device assumed that we were playing games on the device and tacked on a surcharge "automatically". We were also overcharged for the margaritas for a difference of $15. The server made the adjustments without question but it still makes me scratch my head.Overall, a little disappointed with the experience overall.

To go pickup SUCKS. Called in a togo order tonight, got there only for the drinks and a sandwich to be wrong. Took almost 10 minutes to replace the lemonade to the strawberry lemonade ordered. Had the sandwich remade only to find it wrong again when I got it home. Would not recommend togo orders. Dinning in is just fine.

The kids enjoy the food as well as the games on the menus and kiosks. Limited selection of vegetarian options but you can get a black bean patty for any burger. Service is usually very good.

Being that this visit was in December, this restaurant was very cold. Service was good. I ordered wings and my daughter had the app. trio. Did take about 30 minutes to get the food.Wings were raw on the inside.Her mini burgers and southwest egg rolls were alright. They did comp us for the wings.
