Can only do online orders. Due to short staffed.. Can't order online either cause they shut it down 40 minutes before they close. Chipotle is falling down hill. Doesn't surprise me though. Poorly managed

We didn’t receive any of the correct sides for our *digital exclusive* quesadillas. Instead the same salsa slopped into some, and one left completely empty. It’s so obvious we aren’t caring these days at this Chipotle.

If you like the taste of Purel spray sanitizer, this is the place for you.Unfortunately, this was the only place on the 10 hours drive west from Colorado that was open past 9 and doesn’t serve fried food. It’s about 9:05 and as we walk up to order, we aren’t greeted by the person in front of us cleaning the food serving station. In fact, as we’re watching multiple workers cleaning without acknowledgement it took so long for someone to come over and acknowledge us standing there that we wondered if they were closed. Before I could speak up to ask if they were closed, I see the same worker spraying the middle area that holds the individual food trays, with food still in the trays on both sides of it. As she’s spraying from far away, I literally witness this cleaning foam being sprayed into the food on both sides. Nevermind the fact that there are no chips, pico, or even to-go bowl lids available. Very frustrating when you’re left with no other option but to eat chemicals.

I order takeout on the app here regularly, they do not portion enough for mobile orders, i dont even know why I am paying if i am getting so little

Here's a tip: If you are temporarily doing mobile ordering only, and a customer walks in to order in-person, please just correct their mistake and tell them that you're mobile only now.Instead they served me anyway and then insulted me for missing the paper sign outside. There's no excuse for that.

Chipotle as a business is corrupt. The regional manager, Tim, brags about how he makes people feel guilty (for how bad he fake-feels) when he fires them and purposely starts rumors. Tim explained he finds starting rumors amongst employees to be “fun.” Chipotle flies managers from around the country to a new location with the explicit plan to fire or force out all employees so they can hire all new and “train everyone the same.” That’s what happened at this location as told to me by management. Years after I had to quit due to the emotional abuse, I tried this location again. Tim chose to not assist when I pointed out that a torn up wooden chair ripped a hole in a special pair of $80+ pants. Tim said “that’s too bad” and then ignored me when I calmly brought up the issue. So this location specifically is a den for abusive personalities; that is why their food is awful and inconsistent.
