I have never been to chipotle and it was pretty good. They give you big portions, but are definitely trying to get you out of there fast. Which can be annoying to some people, but I get it. I work in the service industry. The pricing is a bit much, even though they give you a lot of but I guess inflation does that ?♀️

Just ordered a beef barbacoa burrito from there. I get home and get through about half of my burrito before I notice there’s not ANY meat at all. Got charged extra for only beans and rice. Waste of $11.

Store closes at 11:00pm, came in at 8:15pm and was told they would not be cooking more barbacoa meat due to it being so late. Let them know I was willing to wait, but still didn't want to make even a portion for tacos. Disappointed, this store runs out of items a lot. Noticed there was no chips on the chip shelf as well. Left hungry and a little upset I couldn't get one of my favorite tacos.

I only wish things were labeled so the customer knew exactly what each item was. Also the need to have someone cleaning tables more often. We had to wipe a table wit napkins to sit down and eat. Otherwise food was delicious.

We've been to this location a handful of times and each time our impression is the same, it's just dirty. From inital impression on the outside patio, it's dirty (a hose down with soap and a scrub brush is way overdue), the entry between doors, dirty, get past the serving line, empty tables, dirty, find a clean table, sit and then get your drinks, drink station is dirty. Don't look at the floors, oh yeah, dirty. Then employees yacking away with each other etc. The manager needs to teach the philosophy of "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean"

The best Mexican casual fast food restaurant ever. Their meat is antibiotic-free, the portions are generous and the service is fast. The location is always clean and friendly. Highly recommended!
We will not return to the o Street restaurant. It does not matter if they are busy or if it is slow, the restaurant is always a mess. The counter covered with food, and tables not wiped down. It is absolutely disgusting in this restaurant. Sad, because I absolutely love Chipotle Mexican restaurant!

I work right up the street from the O location- Absolutely the worse! Staff is so slow, messy, and they everyone gets different portion sizes. I tried again today but again extremely slow so i just went to qdoba. Other spots in town are fine.

With how often they are out of stuff, not only do they need to post a sign on the door, listing their ingredients that they are out of for the day, but they need to have a digital sign that constantly updates at this point.

I went and ordered food for takeout for me and another person and had queso in my bowl and on the side and got neither and both the bowls were mostly rice and all the food was cold while we waited an extra 20 minutes for it to be ready to be picked up.
