I waited a whole year before going back to this location as I've had horrible service in my previous visit. Nothing has changed! Yes Christian gave me a refund but never even apologized for my inconvenience of having to go back to get the refund. And Didn't offer anything in place of my jacked order. So I'm sure they won't care but I'll NEVER go back to the N. 27th store. Very Rude and Very Inconsiderate! Don't waste your time going there!

I had a wonderful experience! Kallo, a guy worker was extremely friendly and went out of his way to ring me up, while another worker went out of their way to get the ice cream cakes from the back for me. These workers honestly don’t get paid enough for how hard they work to keep the restaurant spot less and clean. When I came in there was a customer who had verbally harassed a worker, and I get really irritated when I see customers come in to harass the workers of this restaurant because the staff here does nothing but work endless hours serving with such an uplifting and kind attitude, the atmosphere is always so welcoming, and they always jump to help you immediately without even batting an eye. They come to your table to check up on you and they always act professional and kind hearted. Kallo was so helpful, he rang me up and when I suggested to include him in the reveiw he was hesitat, as his work is humble, respectful, and honest for the good of the costumer rather than for a review. Kallo is an upstanding worker and you are honored as a restaurant to have him working there! This staff is the dream team there and they deserve recognition for all their hard efforts!These workers put up with abuse from customers who come in to ignorantly take out their anger with these workers. I admire how the workers here just stay so calm, collected, and respectful to the costumers who harass them. They’re living proof that angels walk among us, they’re doing the Lords work by spreading the positivity, cheering costumers on, and just going out of their way to give extremely good service to their costume. Especially for being a fast food restaurant and they don’t get paid enough for it… yet they give the best out each time! I respect and cheerish this location so much for how amazing they are here as a team! DQ Headquarters, you need to recognize your talented staff team here! They’re something special and amazing to the fast food work community in Lincoln, NE. 1000% recommended coming here, not only for the fresh food, but just to feel the heavenly atmosphere you feel when you’re here! ?

Dairy Queen at Address: 8510 Bowman Dr, Lincoln, NE 68526...I drove up to use my mobile app, the deal for monday, bye one get one on a blizzard. It said the second 'free' one had to be of equal or lessor value.... great! so i ordered two small blizzards, one royal and one regular. HOWEVER, when i tried to use it at the window they said it wouldn't work cuz they had to be the same... and the royal blizzard messed it up. So, they wouldn't take my mobile 'Deal' and i had to pay for both of them... and worse the manager on duty who came to the window to confirm was really rude about it and didn't try to make it work at all.... simply said they have to be the same blizzard, even though the mobile app obviously said something different

Went in to order a blizzard since the drive thru was so long. Ordered and saw my order pop up on screen was 2nd of 4 inside and 7 total orders. Was a young kid making the blizzards. It was made set on the counter my order was completed and it just continued to sit there. Had gone through all the orders and my blizzard had started to melt on the counter. Another employee found it and just mixed it up instead of remaking it then handed it to me. My order had been completed in the system for ~10 min before getting food served. Instead of making it handing it to me completing order, to keep time looking good it was just set down and employee moved on.I will be going to Culver's down the street for a little while to get cold soft serve
Absolutely horrible. Service was terrible. Food was expensive and really bad. If I'm gonna spend over $20 I'll go to Culver's where the food is actually good.

We asked for a cheeseburger with out mustard didn’t get that both cheeseburgers were drowning in mustard the French fries were cold onion rings were burnt and to top it all off we waited for our order

We enjoyed our visit to the Dairy Queen. We ate inside. The atmosphere was relaxing. Our order was promptly taken as soon as we entered the building. The eating area was clean & inviting. We both loved our sweat treat. We had a large Reese's blizzard & a banana split. Well worth the trip & money! ! ??

Asked for two coffees. I received two half full diluted coffees. I normally would not post about this but they acted like I was unreasonable for calling them out when they were adding water to the cup to "fill" one of them up. Going forward, just say "we are out right now* Easy!!!
