Staff is handling rush time with poise and good attitudes. I'm sure they don't get paid enough to do it but things appear to be running smoothly if not a bit slowly. Probably the 20 customers that all came at once.

Join the rewards program!! I've always had great blizzards from here and I love that they change seasonally!! It has gotten a little pricey over the years though, but then again who hasn't.

It’s a DQ. You go here for an ice cream. Close to the Y fields so can get busy after Y sports on weekends.

Went to DQ for three blizzards which took 20 mins (should not take than long when no one else is in here or the drive thru). Went to sit at a table with a note that said "wet bench!", the bench wasn't wet so we sat there anyways. We were there for maybe 10 mins until a worker come over and called us illiterate (with a terrible attitude) for sitting at a table that had nothing to do with the note on the table. Then proceeded to ask us "can you not read?" Like I'm excuse me please use manners. He's just mad that he's makes minimum wage as a grown adult. You might also need to restock your napkins, there running pretty low. Hope this helps!!

Took more than an hour to get my blizzard. Staff was frazzled, not sure what the problem was but orders were not being completed in order of when they went in. Groups were getting half of their food and then not getting the rest till 30 minutes later.

Put in an order via the app. Given a set time that my order would be ready I assumed that it would be ready by that time. It's currently almost ten minutes after the set time that I was given and it's still not ready. Do not quote times if you're unable to meet the expectations that you're setting.

They ran out of tea I'd paid for 2 large. I got 1 didn't want anything elseWanted a refund couldn't get one so we took a lemonade which we didn't drink and threw out!
