The workers here were very polite, the food came out in a reasonable time, and the DQ is very clean. Currently the freestyle cola machine is out of non diet syrups and has been for both of my visits, which is making the staff have to work extra.Plenty of parking. Fun fire pit outside for the winter time.

We ate there Saturday.the cheese curds was soggy no crunch. I went to eat double burger to much mayo ketchup and when I took a bite tomato pickle onion all fell off. The onion was bigger than the onion rings.

I had ordered food through DoorDash and they had forgotten food for my order. Manager David, working on 11/01/2023/ was called and notified that our order was incorrect. David has ZERO customer service. David sucks and shouldn't be a manager. He offers a coupon instead of making my order correct. I just want my food correct. He said the food we ordered was not ordered even though it was on the DoorDash receipt. David lied to my face. David offered a refund, which I agreed to. David then proceeded to put me on hold, while I was saying "Hello" numerous times for countless times and then eventually hung up on me so I could not get a refund for the items that I ordered. David completely disregarded and pushed off the issue at this time. I would STRONGLY recommend that this Dairy Queen just closes so no one else's experience would be like mine. I would give a ZERO STAR REVIEW if I could. Dairy Queen sucks. David sucks. Save your money and go somewhere that will give you the correct food that is actually worth it. This place is not worth your time, money, or effort.

Manager Alyssa is not management materia, she is unpresentable and disrespestful towards employees along with the fact that she has 3 lines of purple hickies all around her neck which are are very visible. Owners need to better hire people who actually know how to manage and are presentable for work and actually have their hair washed. Also manager is very rude and impatient with employee with disability. Disgusted at this location.!!!!!

Just watched a crew member MICROWAVE my cheeseburger — the whole burger, in the wrapper, with all the toppings already on it — and then serve it to me through the drive thru window. So nasty with all the pickles and ketchup and everything all hot. Please serve people fresh food. I won’t be back.

The management sucks pay sucks food sucks employee discounts non existent floors disgusting everything about this fast food location sucks the only good thing was the CO workers until they all quit 11 dollars an hour is criminally low no food during your break really??? used expired food once (milk) never coming back to this

Lack of creativity and energy, none of the staffs are friendly, staffs vapes outside making it unfriendly for me and others, saw the manager arguing with the staff at the counters, oh and they're not going to improve with that manager being extremely rude with the staffs, always bickering and what not, no music playing in the lobby, just pure silence and arguing, and everyone looks depressed and angry, this restaurant got a one star from me

I went to the Fallbrook DQ in Lincoln, NE. Several of the workers were arguing. Orders were given to the incorrect customers. Orders were messed up. I've never see a DQ in this kind of situation. Very sad and disappointing. Many customers were commenting about the yelling and arguing. When customers were leaving they would wish the other customers "Good luck"!
