All the meat was cold, along with mac n cheese and the beans. This place has gone way down. I dont like to leave negative reviews but when you spend $40+ for 2 meals and drinks you should deliver something other than cold tasteless food.

The food wasn't good. Ribs tasted oven cooked at best, Coleslaw was just cabbage in a cup,Green beans were as boring and bland.Brisket was good!! The barbecue sauce was runny & waterery! It's high priced for what you get, but so is everything in this world!
Owner clearly only cares about min/maxing profit off the labor of their seemingly only high school aged staff. Soda machine was not operational, staff didn't know who ordered what on 2 separate 2 person orders and didn't seem to care. They had no clean silverware or napkins so we were given takeout plasticware. And the 2 obvious ghost kitchens running out the back aren't cause for inspiration either when they can't even properly operate the main store.

Qe have visited this Dickeys many man times and the last visit was very disappointing. The time before the ice cream machine was broken but this time (several months later) it was gone. The pop machine was out of carbonation and they no longer had lids for the big yellow cups. They were also out of those cups. No waffle fries. The meat was good and although they did not have waffle fries anymore the sides were good. Different rolls thn the standard Dickeys has but we decided we won't go back. Our bill was close to $100 and we didn't get enough sides with the XL family pack to feed everyone. Not worth the money for sure. The manager was trying to keep everyone happy but one customer left and left their food when they saw the pop machine was broken.
Walked in at 12 noon, only person there. The place was filthy, sticky floors, dirty bathroom, bathroom door broken. $15.31 for a mediocre meal, not worth it.

Today was my first experience at Dickey’s. The food was decent, the staff was friendly, but there were several items that hindered the experience to the point it was almost comical:-The floor was very slippery-The ice cream machine was broken-They were completely out of lids for kids cups. When I asked for some more, they said they were completely out-The Coke Zero was hooked up to root beer-The door to the men’s bathroom does not lock and there was a sign warning of this.-The women’s bathroom was out of service.

Went to go get food they told us to hold on then forgot to take us off the speaker when he got back on he had an attitude problem told us to leave when my friend listened to his soap

I ordered for delivery and DoorDash was great with getting it to me in good timing. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich meal with fries and drink. I also got a small side of Mac N Cheese and a small side of potato salad. The only good part was the fries and potato salad.The sandwich was missing the Sweet BBQ sauce I added to it so it was really dry and smashed. The Mac N Cheese wasn't very good at all, very mushy. I also added a Pecan Pie slice which wasn't the best tasting since to me it tasted really strong of some flavoring.Not only was the food not up to standards, the prices were outrageously high. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're rich. Really disappointed, and had high hopes for this place since it was recommended I should try it.Save your money and try C Berry's next time you are craving BBQ.

We ordered a meal and we're told delivery at 4:15. About 45 minutes later when the driver was already on his way we're told an item is unavailable. How is that possible. Next time we order we will skip delivery and just do pickup. We love Dickey's and will continue to order from them.
Wow! What has happened to this restaurant? At one time it was decent, Barbecue for the money. However, I just did takeout for a three meat plate which is now over $20 with tax. They forgot a side and the bread and the brisket was inedible. It was literally hard and crunchy .When I called ,the guy that answered told me you're right, the brisket is inedible. I never eat it. when I asked him why he would serve me something he wouldn't eat. He then backtracked realizing his mistake and said he never said that. When I asked what they would do for me he said he would give me a roll and some meat if I came in the next time. Instead of saying hey why don't I remake that for you. Well That's okay, My family and I will never be back.
