Called in to complain and was rudely hung up on. Called back (twice because they refused to answer the phone the first time) and asked how our coupon for the replacement item was going to be mailed and was told they don't mail anything. So they screw up the order, refuse to answer thw phone or act in a professional manner, and make it as inconvenient as possible to fix their screw up. Solid business plan. Also, the tostadas that were orderd were so soggy the bottom 'fried' tortilla was wet. I mean wet, mushy, and totally disgusting. DO NOT EVER EAT AT D'LEON'S

We ate at the one in Sioux City. I ordered a chimichanga and it had more onions and peppers than meat. My husband had a torts and burrito and said the same thing. I have never been hungry after eating Mexican food before, but I don’t even feel like I ate. Will NOT be back.

We spent over 30 mins waiting in the drive-thru!!! One car was ahead of us. Not fast or even quick food! Finally gave a honk and they opened the window with our food! Avoid the South St. location!!!! Love De Leons...just will NEVER return to the South St. location!

Wow! I had a horrible experience here! Went late last night and got tacos and chips and potatoes. My taco meat was burnt and my chips were brown as well as my potatoes due to old fryer oil! So I called and talked to a gentleman that was very nice last night. He said I could exchange the food out last night and come in today. Well I called today to ask them if there is something else we could do bc I truly don’t want to switch the food out for new food bc I am concerned with sanitation and how good is being prepared. I also said I saved the food and the receipt. And guess what they just hung up on me. I will NEVER return. This was my second time tryin this place out! How sad.
