Absolutely charred my pizza. The app says "quality control" was conducted...that is laughable. Pizza shattered like glass on the first bite. Absolutely disgusting. It was not busy at all.

I ordered here tonight and was quite surprised this particular Domino's Pizza in downtown Lincoln was not added as a business in Yelp yet. I ordered on line tonight and all my items were good! I had my items delivered and the driver followed my no contact instructions! My chicken Caesar salad was fresh! I even called the store ahead of time to see how it was made, cold or hot chicken. The phone rep said cold, as if it was hot, I was going to tell them to put the chicken on the side. I also ordered a medium pizza with 2 toppings... pepperoni and bacon. Also ordered the boneless bites with honey BBQ dipping sauce. Both of these items were still nice and hot when delivered! All items were super duper yummy!!! I have ordered from here previously and was not disappointed before. I have also been to the restaurant for pick up as well. It's small and very limited space, but is clean and looks nice. Definitely recommend!

TO AVOID LUKE WARM PIZZA AND GETTING IT FRESH, I PLACED AN ORDER 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE ON 06/05/23 @11:30am TO BE DELIVERED 06/06/23 AT 12:00 PM TODAY. DID THAT HAPPEN NO! IT ARRRIVED ALMOST 30 MINUTES LATER THAN THE REQUESTED TIME AND WHEN I CALLED THE PERSON DIDN'T SHOW ANY EMPANTHY OR EVEN APOLOGIZE. ALL HE SAID WAS WE BECAME BACKED UP, I'M THE ONLY ONE HERE. I ASKED WAS CALLING AN OPTION IF YOU WERE GOING TO BE AROUND 30 MINUTES LATE!? THIS WAS A SCHEDULED LUNCH TIME WITH STAFF OR HOW ABOUT IF BUSY AT 12:00 PM SINCE YOU ARE ONLY 5 OR 6 BLOCKS AWAY , HOW ABOUT DELIVERING IT EARLIER. THAT WASN'T AN OPTION. The most unprofessional manager. He actually refused to refund my money for an order I never received. Had to do a charge back with my bank. My daughter had to go to bed hungry, bcuz she stayed up waiting for a pizza that never even arrived. The manager was extremely rude.

I got food poisoning from this store a while back I’m just now getting to this me and my dad got very sick off a pepperoni and sausage pizza wasn’t fun I don’t recommend this place at all I’m scared I’ll get that sick again wasn’t pleasant!!!

In Lincoln to watch Husker game. After the game we wanted to order in. Domino's was the only pizza place that was still open and delivering. Only took 30 minutes to get our food. Food was hot and delicious. I was very impressed! Good job Domino's!!
