I haven't gotten my food yet and I already regret my decision to order from this place. I ordered online to do a pickup when I arrived nobody acknowledged me I stood at the counter for maybe 5 minutes or so other people as well as myself or fortunate enough to observe employees yelling at each other and arguing and it turns out my food is not ready and they said they haven't even put it in the oven yet. Which I get I used to work at a pizza place when I was a kid. Definitely a swing and a miss.

personally, i would never trust eating any food from here ever again just based on their lack of responsibility. i got hit by one of their delivery drivers right by the store (she failed to yield to oncoming traffic AND ran a red light). she was uninsured and didn’t have a drivers license?! so now i’m stuck paying for all of the damages or find a new car. how do they allow not only an uninsured driver deliver, but also one without a drivers license? i’ve reached out to the store many times, was promised i would get a call back from a higher manager and no one ever calls. i don’t understand how a company could allow this to happen, and i don’t trust anything about how they operate.

Girl manager is just a mean soul! Ordered pizza for 10 people got no cheese really on the pizzas. Called about it and was told to call back in 20-30 minutes and the manager would be in, then got hung up on. Called back manager is rude and argumentative. She said well what do you want me to do about it and I said at this point I’d like a refund or I guess new pizza’s that are right. She said yeah can’t do the refund but I’ll just remake 4 of your pizzas and you need to give me the other 4 pizza back. I said are you kidding I had to wait another 30 mins so I let my kids eat it cause it was like breadsticks and they were hungry. She said well that’s your problem, click! So I spent around 80 bucks to be hung up on twice and still have to order food from somewhere else.

We put in an on online order on a Saturday evening. The app was taking a while to update so we called to double check that they received it correctly. When they answered the told us they were slammed with orders and only had 3 people working, and that they would check the status of the order. This part is totally fine, I get that part. But then they put us on hold for more that 30 minutes! After the 30 minute mark the doorbell rang and it was our order. And we were still on hold with them. So clearly they are not all on the same page at this location. Beware of this pizza establishment for sure.
I ordered carry out, my pizzas were hot and exactly as I ordered them, the slices were cut completely, and the store was very clean for being in the middle of a rush. Will definitely be returning to this location again.

Rather disappointed to be honest. Ordered a thin crust supreme with extra cheese, a medium 3 topping thin crust with extra cheese and the garlic knots with the cheese sauce. The app tracker couldnt decide whether the pizza was "In the Oven, Quality Checking, or On the Way." Upon arrival...the pizza was "warm", but not hot. The medium pizza was pretty cold before I got 1/3 of the way into it. The garlic knots "bread" were ok. But the cheese sauce was a huge disappointment. The picture in the menu looks like there's a good deal of cheese in the bowl. What was delivered was hardly 1/4" worth of sauce. And as it had already cooled some....it was one solid piece of stiff cheese. Inhad to literally scrape it out of the bowl into a microwavable bowl and re-heat it. Which was no realbisdue in itself. But the cheese had to be molten lava hot to be able to scoop any out and was so oily, it really didn't want to stick to the bread. Once it cooled again just a little...still fairly hot...it would become like a single glob of oily rubber. Just......bad. The large pizza.....well, it's going to be what it will be when I get to it later. But I must admit, though it looks decent, my hopes aren't really high.
