We love this place...and Everytime we are here everything tastes really good and just SLIGHTLY different.... Meaning they don't just have a bunch of frozen items that are premade they warm up....HUGE plus for Mexican food. Drinks are great too...and they'll make flour chips upon request which is a huge bonus in my book. The family that owns this place does an awesome job!! Sometimes service is a bit slower....but it's only when you can tell they are BUSY... So it's never a matter of the service being slow and wondering what the employees are even doing... You can see them moving like crazy. Makes waiting during the "slow" much more reasonable and understandable. Usually food always comes out much quicker than we think it will!

The beef and the chicken burritos were delicious! The refried beans are seasoned well and taste good by themselves. (Usually, in my experience, the refried beans are so tasteless I need a sauce on them.)The House Lime Margarita is good!The entire place has carved chairs, booths, tables ... just beautiful! (Especially if you like/love horses! Thus, El Potro="The Foal")The restaurant is clean and "lived in"... You can tell it's an old building. (former Pizza Hut) That's not a bad thing, just an observation. I remember going there when the building was the pizza place.Vegetarian options: There would be, what I consider, vegetarian items.I would call the restaurant for more information.Dietary restrictions: I suggest calling the restaurant for more information.Parking: Other businesses close so cars could spill into those lots of that was needed.Kid-friendliness: Bring the kids!Babies too! Absolute Cutie was with her family while we were there!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, a wheelchair could make it around in the restaurant. Staff would be happy to help with accommodating.

Hands down the best, most authentic Mexican food in Lincoln, and this is coming from a man who moved up here from Texas!! Their food is so good, I enjoy the Pollo Fundido, and my wife gets the Molcajete, and it is delicious every time. the service is always good, and friendly.

I popped in to try this on a lunch break. I ordered from the regular menu, and the food was still delivered to my table hot and smelling just as delicious as it tasted. Quick, courteous staff, great food, and well decorated. The place only had a few empty tables on a Wednesday lunch. That in itself should tell you I'm not the only person who thinks this place is great. The food looked wonderful, I don't have a picture because I dove right into it.I'm definitely going to be showing this place to my friends.
This was within walking distance to my hotel, so I gave it a try. Good burrito and also good amount of chips for my to go order.Parking: Large parking lot

Tried when they first opened and the food wasn't very good but recently we have gone back several times and the food has just completely been amazing. Highly recommend especially the al pastor (pineapple pork)
