This was what our potato soup looked like this evening. Flavorless mashed potatoes. For almost $5 per bowl this is not okay! First and last time I will ever get soup from Firehouse!

I was at the store waited 30 minutes for my order, in that time a person brought out food - peoples picked at it he came back and took the order back behind the counter - this leaves the impression it was eaten off of and taken back to a clean area- if it was wrong there are trash bins in the dining area.I saw 2 orders besides the one mentioned above returned because it was wrong. Missing items etcI had to ask when my order was going to be ready - I was told 5 more tickets in front of me.Door dash got one order and stood waiting a second.I asked the manager when the general manager was going to be in and he told me he wasn’t allowed to tell me that.He said he was unable to reach his manager.You need better management in the evenings.I am not returning.

Best sandwiches within a 5 mile radius of the mall. Always friendly and yummy. We ate here so much last year we got tired of it but it's still the best sandwich around here.
This strobe is permanently going and I can't imagine anyone enjoys getting blinded every time they park in front of the restaurant.

Paid $17 for bread. Whole sandwich weighed about 1/2 once. Also did not receive the sautéed onions I paid extra for. I feel totally ripped off and hungry. First and last time here.

Just walked in a couple minutes , had an online order. Was greeted so nicely by everyone Im usually more shy and on the quieter side but they made it so easy and comfortable had a conversation with who I think was the manager and he was super sweet as well the interaction overall made my day ! The food was great and definitely recommend the new cherry limeade they have !
