Wow, I had not been to a Firehouse Sub Shop before. I have to say, these are tasty and delicious.Super fresh bread that is light and fluffy along with the perfect amount of meat heated to melt the cheese.New York Steamer was scrumptious!

I am disappointed that the double check for accuracy was not done correctly, I got my takeout order home to see one item missing.

First and only time here. $17 for medium steak and cheese. Weighed about 1oz. Basically just paid for bread. Tired of being ripped off.

They have screwed up my order almost every single time I've been there. 4/5 last times they didn't put ranch on my sandwich. & the one time they remembered they didn't give me a pickle. For a $12 sandwich the order should be correct. Also, there's no way to fill out a survey on their website because the receipts don't have the order number. So I call in to complain, & they place me on hold for 10 minutes. Don't go here!
