Food was great but our waiter literally ignored us the whole time. Would walk by and look at us and never ask if we needed anything. Had to wave down our waiter to ask for refills and for our check and for to go boxes. We read about the reviews of the restaurant for the brewery and no one ever offered to get us another beer so we drank 2 and then went home. It did not meet our expectations because it felt like as if our waiter didn’t even bother to be nice or show good customer service.

Me and my wife and son came in to have dinner. We showed up at 5 o’clock, and the waiter never came to our table. We waited probably 10 minutes before he acknowledged us and when he did we took our order right away because we were planning on going to Church so we were in a little bit of a rush. He came maybe 20 minutes later and brought my son his dinner did not bring my wife’s dinner or my dinner at all. 10 minutes later when he came back we asked him where our dinners were he said “oh sorry I have to re-order, I forgot.” And so we said “no we don’t have time please just get me a check to-go” and he said he’ll give one of your dinners “free”. We said “that’s great” and he brought us the check with to-go dinners that we had ordered and did not give us anything free and did not apologize or come back to our table. It was one of the WORST services I’ve ever had in 50 years of eating out in Lincoln Nebraska. Then we tried to tell the hostess about what happened and she didn’t want to do anything and just said “sorry”. Tremendously POOR service. I will never eat at this restaurant ever again.

Food is meh. The brisket was dry. The mash potatoes were dry. The macaroni and cheese side wasnt rich at all. They should go to grateful bread to see what Mac and cheese can be. The salad was okay, and blue cheese dressing was good. Cool atmosphere, but I wouldn't intentionally go here again.

Great place and great food! Prime Rib was amazing!
The atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and inviting. The place is roomy and comfortable. The staff were on time with appetizers, water refills, drink refills, everything! The food was top notch and we had a blast! They also helped our friend celebrate his birthday tonight. I give Fireworks a 5 out of 5!

We dined here on March 11 2024 and we're very disappointed!!! We had eaten here last year and it was very good,today not so much! Pop came out flat, the prime rib was barely warm and the baked potatoes were ice cold in the middle which makes me believe they were from the day before and reheated improperly. When we told our waitress she just said ok did you want me to warm them up? We weren't given the option of a different side or a new potatoes just the old ones reheated once again. Never once did a manager come over to apologize or ask if there was anything they could do. The restaurant was not busy at all it was 5:00 & parking was pretty empty that should have been our first clue. I doubt we will be back I work to hard for my money to waste it on cold food and bad service ?
