Great burger! But also ordered a strawberry banana shake and they were out of strawberries. We asked for a refund and the manager was “unable” to refund us, so I had to have a shake that my daughter didn’t want. I was terribly dissapointed in the customer service. It’s not rocket science to do a refund.

People were very friendly. Over did the creole and the burgers didn't hit like they use too.
This place was extremely rude. I tried to get food for my friend who is handicapped and unable to make it in to the store. They were unaccomodating although all I asked for was a bag or a cup to put one small container of peanuts in. I was kind when I asked and explained that she was unable to come in and have never been treated with such disrespect. I used to love this place but these actions were so poor that I hope that anybody that has any form of respect understands that this place needs boycotted. I simply asked for something to keep my container together and stated that I wouldn't be taking any extra peanuts.I am really disappointed that i needed to get frustrated over simple peanuts. I have been a long standing customer and no longer plan to visit this five guys.Wheelchair accessibility: So mean towards handicapped

They won’t listen to what u say. The last 2 times I went I clearly told them 2 double burgers. 2 double burgers means I want TWO, double cheese burgers. And they just completely didn’t make the Oreo shake that I ordered… “sorry man I forgot” I just don’t understand how anyone can mess this up. Glad they don’t listen though, not having that burger saved me 20$. I’d rather take my money to McDonald’s… at least they get my order right lol.
They spilled buckets of oil outside which was very damaging. Zero attempt to acknowledge this. Corporates website doesn't work currently for reporting feedback. Poor poor practice of transporting grease and waste. Ownership is neglectful, inattentive, and careless.Wheelchair accessibility: Grease everywhere

Easy to find. Did a mobile order and was ready on time. Everything was made right. The staff was helpful. Everything was kept clean. The cheeseburger is a must, and if you’re feeling extra hungry add large fries. The self serve soda machine lets you choose what ever you like and it’s touch screen.
