I love freddys but the experience i had here was absolutely HORRIBLE i went through the drive thru with MAYBE 4 cars in front of me and my took over 25 minutes (2 burgers) if i wanted to wait that long i wouldve sat in a restaurant and got real burgers for the same price!!! Will not be visiting this location ever again.

Ordered a Regular cheese curd with my meal and got this. Felt like I got cheated a bit after paying 13+ dollars for the meal.The cheese curds are the best from any restaurant that's why I ordered them.

This was my first time at this location and I probably won't go back. Freddy's on N. 27th is still hands down the best location! The food is ALWAYS good and exactly what I expect. They charge extra for cheese fries and we maybe got 2 squirts of cheese on the fries. If you're going to charge extra for CHEESE fries, you'd think there would be a lot of cheese on them. Also, the burger was not good like at N. 27th. I'd rather drive across town to get my money's worth.

Despite the fact that it clearly says on the side of the building that they serve Chicago Dogs, they don't. It's not on the menu and they don't have all the ingredients to make them even if it were a secret menu item. So I was disappointed from the start. The service and rest of the food was as expected though. So you can get a burger, but not a Chicago Dog

Stopped here for lunch and got a 5 piece chicken tender meal that was basically 5 chicken nuggets. Literal 2 inch chicken “tenders” … not sure if this is typical but it was huge waste of money, probably won’t be returning.
