Love their fries! Their burgers are tasty, too. But they are smashed pretty thin with a big bun. So ratio is low on the meat unless you get a double smash burger, then it’s too much. Don’t care for custard malts. Too fluffy. But sundaes are good. It’s always cold to sit indoors. Pretty common in today’s typical restaurants.

Asked if they have rootbeer freezes, was told yes. Got a rootbeer float, not that big of a deal, but they put a drink lid on it with a spoon in the straw hole? How are you suppose to eat it that way? Second, my wife wanted a chocolate shake. It was an extremely dark brown color with such an overwhelming chocolate flavor, she just threw it away. When I called, I was met with a lot of attitude, I have up and hung up. Don't know what has happen to this place, but not planning on ever going back.
I have been a frequent customer of Freddy’s for several years. I want to give Lori a shout out. She inquired if I was a Senior Citizen & proceeded to give me the Senior discount. No other employee informed me of the Senior discount.

Good food as always - their special new pumpkin pie shake is very good and their burgers always deliver. The only problem is that the staff taking my order seemed very curt and grouchy - but looking at the time, the restaurant was 'as busy as it gets,' so I'd cut them some slack. Still, it would have been nice to have staff happy to answer my questions about their menu (I had a few) instead of eager to get me out of the line. 4/5
