I ordered delivery. 1. I received a call saying they were out of chicken kabob and salad! 2. Second call, the gentleman stated he was in lobby, When I placed the order, I added on info line, please bring to 10th floor, the gentleman said No, I said excuse me, no? He states, I don't speak English! I said you just spoke to me in English. He says okay what floor. 3. The food replacement was horrible, a fish sandwich which had an extra large bun, one little piece of fish, by the way, I've ordered this at least 5 times this year alone and it comes with two pieces because the bun is huge, I called, the young girl, whom I've had issues with previously when ordering, states, that's right, but what do you want me to do. I'm done with this establishment. It's gone downhill.

Coming from out of town, with a plethora of experience in Mediterranean fine dining, this place just blew my mind. Gentleman behind the counter was kind and made great recommendations, gyro was unbelievable. So glad we tried the baklava, because it's so well balanced. Not too sweet, plenty of nuts, huge fan. 10/10 COME HERE.

Been going there for years. Always get half chicken and half gyro sandwich. All of the sudden some new old guy works there and can't do the half and half. Bring back Gabriel! He knew how to cook the food there with love!

Usually never have a problem here. Ordered a chicken gyro last night and got given a lamb one. I am allergic to lamb. Asked for a cash refund. They wouldn't give me one. Very disappointing grateful I didn't take a bite of it.
Came in on Sunday around 9 and it's dead yet the guy working made we wait 10 15 min just to order while he conversated with some customers.
