We are in town from Omaha for a softball tournament close by and chose this location, so glad we did!First off super clean place, greeted by everyone behind the counter right away. As they took our order this team efficiently worked the order n everything was finished promptly.One of our orders was a kids meal for our 2 year old, that came available 1st and I was getting our child situated when she accidentally knocked her sandwich on the floor. We got it things cleaned up right away, they provided me with what I needed and offered too! Then I went to go reorder and the manager had a new one in motion, I offered to pay for another one and he graciously declined and said it’s on the house.If you’re looking for a clean place with great service to grab lunch, with great fresh bread n toppings, then this is the place to be!Thanks again to the team at Goodcents!

It was my first time at this good cents. I waited almost a half hour for my food. They made catering orders, delivery orders, and drive through orders which I could understand. What I don’t understand is how the 3 people behind me got their orders first and I ordered off their menu and changed nothing on it. A simple order. They never made my sub even though they asked me what I ordered twice. Then as I stood at the counter waiting they asked if I’d been helped yet and I said yes I’ve been waiting for my order for over 25 minutes. I then proceeded to walk out the door with no food having my lunch time wasted. Needless to say I’ll just go to subway from now on and not waste my time with good cents.

I've preferred Subway for years just because Goodcents was so much more expensive. Well I ended up getting a coupon for a free sub sack for my daughter and when I went to redeem it I noticed the prices about match Subway now. And it smelled so good, so I decided to get a Penny club. I don't know why it ever cost more than Subway. There was barely any meat or cheese and like two super thin half slices of tomato, a little bit of onion and an OK amount of shredded lettuce. It was just mouthfuls of bread and lettuce with a hint of meat, cheese and the other veggies. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I will continue getting my sandwiches from Subway.

Waited 10 minutes just for our one drink, and than waited another 10 minutes for three small sandwiches! Looked like when we pulled up to the ordering area, a guy was out smoking, when pulled up to window, we didn't see not one person in side making anything. All workers must have been on break at the same time. That's kind of weird! Finally after 40 minutes of waiting we got our food.
