Great sandwich but truly atrocious service. The cashier rang my order up incorrectly, didn't listen when I pointed out I was being overcharged, and then belatedly offered me a free cookie after realizing I was overcharged. No offer to refund or correct the mistake.Avoid this place unless you feel like getting charged for extra random items you didn't order.

Went to order pick up, but website offered free delivery. Since I am across the street and I ordered at 1:20 PM I was not expecting it to take 1 hour and 10 minutes. The sandwich arrived soggy, and there were only two small pieces of green pepper on the sandwich. Also, there were no napkins in the bag. I chose them for convenience, that was my mistake.

Came with our family of 6 and they were patient and made everyone’s sandwich just how they wanted it and were generous with the toppings and sauces. All the employees were kind and helpful. And we love the buy one adult meal get a kids meal free on Saturdays!

I have been to Goodscents in different locations, but I was really disappointed with this location at this time.I had orered for specials, which would be 4 24-inch sandwiches. The first person didn't understand me and made me 2 24-inch sandwiches that were made of 2 12-inch sandwiches and seemed annoyed when I asked for an additional 2 24-inch sandwiches The meat and cheese that were sliced were razor thin that my son made the comment that he could see through both meat and cheese and held it up to show me. Checkout was a whole different deql as the clerk couldn't get us ou fast enough. They had more than enough people that were working but seemed Nnoyed that we were there. Oh well, we won't be back in the future to this location.

This was the worst experience!! When asking if I could please have fresh cucumbers for my sandwich I was told there were no more cucumbers even though they were just about out of them in the tray and it's 4pm. I guess noone knows how to cut up some fresh cucumbers. I don't know about anyone else but, I do not like stale veggies on my sandwich. The customer service could definitely use some training.
